Great way to get rid of old/broken appliances. Put them in the box of the new one, leave it on your doorstep, and let the "porch pirates" do the work.

Back in the 80's, my Granny used to do something similar with the giblets out of the turkey. She'd box it up, wrap it up nice and put it on the carrier of a bike that was left outside down the road. Great way of getting rid of it.

When I was a kid I remember I seen this clown pinch someone's brand new runners from their porch and im their place he left his stinking-tattered pair.. I know it was wrong but it still cracks me up to think about him swapping these runners in the dead of the night. lol

I saw a individual do that in Lidl in the town where I'm from. Walked in, there were runners on sale. Took off his pair and put on the Lidl runners and walked out leaving his old pair in the shop. The shop staff challenged him outside and he threw the runners back at them and walked off barefoot.

This is a follow up on the attempted cash-in-transit heist in South Africa from about a month ago. It gets the drivers account of what happens and shows the damaged armoured pick-up he was driving. And the guy from the company that made the armoured truck puts his money where his mouth is!
