Nah, you've got it wrong Grizz, the eu wouldn't do that............would they ? Stage a stunt like that while trying to ban "Assault rifles and magazines" at the same time ? They are all about peace and unity and being progressive and sunshine and rainbows.

Serve them better to stop making a town-halls of the covid vaccinations.

The EU are not very covert in their actions either, as the above example shows. We want to ban firearms, well then lets raid a legitimate business to prove our point. Now we want to ban ammunition, lets get the ECHA to compile a report to say sport shooting is poisoning the people and killing all the wild fowl.
But unfortunately our representatives seem to be ignorant by choice to their carry on and just tow the line.

Not ignorant, just bought off. Don't rock the commissions boat, and you get european grants for things in your area.

I remember that at the time. They claim, iirc, not just that he was reactivating them but that some were active.

Any know how much a business inventory like that would be worth to this guy. Surely over a million. Sue for damages imo.

Just on the CETMEs alone you'd be looking at 5.5 mil.
Those m2 brownings go for 3k a pop, and at a quick glance at the other stacks he would easily be in the hole of tens of millions of stock there.

Never forget, the end goal is zero firearms of any type.

Would he get the stock back and a decent amount of compensation too?

If he brought a suit then it'd be a civil suit for compensation, the inventory should be returned after the result of the criminal investigation if no crime was committed.

I dunno about compensation limits in civil suits in Spain, but I'd be surprised if this wasn't a runner for a few million.

If you like that have a gander at this:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3kTh1bvznvI&ab_channel=Voxpot

Chap is an arms dealer in Czech, and while the documentary is slanted a bit as you'd expect it is pretty good.
His stock is bloody impressive for one man running a business.
He even has an online shop with all sorts of lovelies for sale.

    Also subtitled in English ;)

Interesting part is that he is using EO to try and legislate for this when the Democrats have both houses and the WH. Would it be that some in his own party would not support such restrictions that he feels the need to do this via EO?

Generally refers to those printed guns. No record of them or serial numbers.

Ah right. I'd just have thought of them as 3D printed guns, or homemade guns etc.

Refers to any firearm that can be legally(currently) made sans serial number or identifying marks.

    This could encompass:
    3d printed firearms,
    Garden shed/hardware store builds,
Partially completed lowers sold as non firearms and them milled after sale by individuals.

Pretty much covers any method you can consider of building a firearm for personal use.

Realistically banning "ghost guns" will do nada, parts kits will still be sold and available, and the onus will still be on the makers to mark them upon completion.
And anyone who has the drive and technical know how to print a firearm or firearms is likely going to ignore this anyway, as evidenced by 3d printed firearms being printed in Europe, where such a practice is prohibited by and large for individuals.

It's more pointless feelgood legislation, like most gun control.

What a horrible choice for the head of the ATF as well. This guy would make a great drinking buddy for some of our older and more anti gun Supers and Chiefs... David Chipman comes with a nice butchers pedigree of being involved in the Waco massacre and blatantly lying to a congressional committee in where he claimed the Branch Davidians shot down three federal helicopters with Barret 50 BMG rifles.
This man is as anti gun as they come, and I can see with this THUG in charge, there will be some new events happening on the line of Waco and Ruby Ridge and Oklahoma style events in the next 3 years.

A homemade gun, where the law says if it is for your own personal use, it doesn't have to have a serial number. If you sell it or give it away, you are breaking the law. But criminals don't obey laws, so all this ban will do is piss off people who obey the law.

Seems the new trend is if you're under pressure or want to distract media attention from something you've done, or simply want to get your way, create a "security issue".

Varadkar moved house because of a so called security threat and now the noise about his actions in the leaking of documents seems to have disappeared from the news.

Stephen Donnelly bypassed the refusal by Wicklow County Council to allow him to erect a fence by claiming its a security issue and now has the OPW pay for the work. However Wicklow CO.Co. have fired back saying he need not think its permanent and it will be removed (i won't hold my breath).

    Priceless.

Anti white, blm co-founder who is a self described communist buys a $1.4 million house in a 90% white neighbourhood with only a 1.7% black population. blm took in over $90 million in donations last year and even her own have attacked her because as one said "i'm trying to buy cots for elderly people to keep them of the floor and you spend millions on a house, in a white neighbourhood".

Welll...You choose a political career in the public light. You and yours are then fair game, past present and future to be ripped apart by media or the public for any dirt or transgressions. You are going to have to take the rough with the fat paycheck, and if that involves a crowd of people standing across the road from your house for a couple of hours on Ihavemore Ave...Deal with it.
And in the case of those two, well if you turn your country into a virtual prison camp, restrict peoples movements, destroy their work and careers, deny them the right to protest, decide who they can and cannot mingle with, start planning a 2 tier society by who is vaccinated or not for a disease with a 95% survival rate...
I'm rather surprised ALL politicians arent living in bunkers guarded 24/7 by a brigade worths of armed security at any given time such should be the uproar about this.
