Where were you after 17 gameweeks last year can you remember. I am 134 points behind the leader now but he increased his lead on me last night. Were you closer than that at this stage. This is the highest I have ever been playing the game so not sure what the story is!

Think I was around 100-150 with about 20 transfers left. I reckon he has used more then average transfers. 134 isn’t much of a gap when he have 20 or so gameweeks left.

Good going-will you be going with captain Antonio next Tuesday?? I vaguely remember you mentioning him on ff hub, that having him for his 4 goal haul last season really pushed you into a strong position to win it

Thats wasn’t me who mentioned him think it was fergie. He actually almost cost me winning it last Season. That day he scored 4 goals I prayed and lite a few candles that no one below me had him ðŸ˜‚

Was never wrecking not owning him.

I am having a look at him as a possible transfer. Pity West Ham aren't playing first on Saturday.

Grinding away. Getting closer to the top 1k. At 1.9k(18 left) and 1.35k(20).

Saturday's captain choices are interesting. I'm guessing Bamford and Zouma will be highest captained. Neto arguably has the highest ceiling.

I'd say Bamford will be. I don't have any of these players so Saturday is going to be fun :pac:

Not brining Antonio in on sky, but brought him in on fpl and made him captain just incase he deos score 4 again.

I brought him in fpl too, I am looking at him in the sky game cos he has potentially 5 matches I think before the overhaul and the fixtures are ok for the most part. Will have a think about it.

Seen on Twitter the person in 8th overall has 24 transfers left. Must be in pole position to win.

I’d say so. I’m happy I did a snatch and grab last season. Less pressure then been in top 5 for months.

So I brought in Sterling and captained him for their fixture which turned out just great!
Dropped around 1k to 4.3k so I think coming near the top is out of my reach this season. I’ve 24 transfers left.
Think I’ll take a chance and leave him in at this stage.

As a side I’m finding the whole game week fixtures a bit confusing at times maybe because sometimes the game weeks are different from fpl. Is their nay good site which shows the gw fixtures clearly for sky other than the sky site? Maybe it’s the betting odds under each fixture that puts me off.

I think we will have more of an idea after the next week of fixtures. Those people that were at the top will go down more I think. Some interesting days of captain choices coming up.

He usually needs a few games to get going after injuries so I don't think he will be banging in 4 goals a game for a while.

I will have a think about it. I already have a captain for Tuesday. Getting away with not having Bamford, Neto or Zouma today so far.

Decided to sell Neto for a second City defender as I have Dias. Went Cancelo over Stones as I did in fpl too. Pretty sick now.

Will have to start getting in more City defenders. Have the 1 and it isn't Stones. Have been in the top 100 the last while but I might not be after this.

Captained sterling again so paying me back a little after the pen miss last week. Dias and Kdb also here so a nice few points.

Cancelo not playing a bummer but hopefully that means he starts vs Villa. Loading up on City has paid dividends. Have Stones in 1 team thankfully that's my team that was doing better, into the top 1k now hopefully can continue the momentum

Down to 115th and 2nd in the boards league. About the only good thing is that it's fairly obvious who loaded up on City defenders from the private teams now :pac:
