What am I meant to be paying ye useless f€ckers for?

12 days until this descended into anarchy. Honestly, I'm impressed we all held it together this long!

Right so we had a lot of people very close to being knocked out today, there are eight of you that can count yourselves lucky

Apparently the right answer is 95%, which sounds ridiculously high but I did try to warn ye that it was just the work that added value

Anyway just as he was getting his sh!t together feargale is gone. Shorty gets a bye tomorrow

Well if the answer is something like 99, they might still be closer :pac:

In this case it would possibly have been the most accurate answer :pac:

No wonder they clogged up the M50

I went that high because I was basing my answer on beef farming which I would know a little about.

Thank God I didn't see the dairy farming comment as I would have gone a lot lower with all the milking and everything.

A bye tomorrow, what will I do with myself...

I make it 29 left. Do you have enough ridiculous questions G? Maybe you should start chucking more players out per day

    More social studies this morning

In 1960 what percentage of Irish 15-19 year olds, whose parents were professional, employers or managers, were still in education?

Edit: The other classifications were farmer, skilled manual worker and semi/unskilled worker.

I can find more than enough ridiculous questions but if the general consensus was that ye wanted it moved on quicker I'm ok with that too, let me know what ye think

I think one a day is still good, but I'd consider culling anyone who doesn't answer as well as losing the worst answer every day

Also when someone gets a bye, they give an out of bounds answer the next - in a totally humorous way - and then someone else dodges the bullet. Their answer should be ignored if they're on a bye.

You can travel for educational reasons. You would be educating yourself going to the office to get that information

If there is multiple people on the same incorrect answer they should all be fecked out otherwise one a day is grand

I think he's doing it that way already. Zaph had an outlandish answer the other day using his bye but Khaleesi got the chop as the next furthest away - assuming I read the reveal right.

My two cent: One a day is fine (and changing it would amend the main premise of the game) but maybe a bit stricter on the deadlines.

I know you said you don't like booting people for no answers so at the end of the day it's your quiz/your rules.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,863 ✭✭✭Mollyb60

Yeah I'd agree with the no answer contestants being booted. And I would be far less gracious than you are with the deadline. But you're the boss G&R.

You are - has happened a few times already. I think the discussion is around how long they're given to send in an answer.
