    Much better move that.

There's no way that's not a deliberate knock on from Taylor.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,076 ✭✭✭✭vienne86

    Card surely.

No way can that be a penalty try, harsh yellow even.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,300 ✭✭✭✭razorblunt

Scotland were absolutely bulling to kill that advantage, as a collective cynical yellow it’s warranted.

That ruck was awful. Whoever went in after Stander went right past the ball and left the ball out.

Brainless, Murray wasn't there so someone either had to fill in or at least if you're joining the ruck ensure the ball stays in. Basics.

Lovely offload from Keenan earlier in that play. Been one of our bright spots since the return of test rugby.

Hopefully that can help us swing the momentum.

Murray should have been there regardless but it's terrible rucking from the pack to leave the ball exposed at the back. Youths error.

Let’s nip that shîte in the bud right.
It’s embarrassing. It’s also an awful portmanteau.
An awful “stiff travelling bag often made of leather”? :)

Lancaster I don’t think is a good head coach, Cullen is clearly able to handle that role. I’m not sure if Farrell was ever a great number 2 but it’s very clear he’s no head coach. Lancasters HC record isn’t great either but he was a bit unlucky so who knows. Good number 2s can’t always step up to being the boss man
Cullen isnt near being a national head coach.

Peter O'Mahony in his favoured wing position again.
Thats unfair and its clear he is being asked to do it as part of the attacking structure.

Yeah had to be yellow. back to 3 points down. hopefully can get properly into game with scots down to 10 for rest of the half

Hogg was protesting any suggestion of a penalty try, don't think he was debating the yellow.

That was great play in the build up to that pen. We look really good once we get momentum and play wide-wide; saw glimpses of it against Georgia with the disallowed McCloskey try

Hopefully that phase before the card gives Ireland a bit of confidence especially now there's 14 men to play against.

It is a yellow, a clear 4-2 overlap in Ireland's favour if that ball goes wide. Yes no PT but a clear try scoring oppertunity so yes a yellow card.

Never a penalty try, we'd have fucked up a 4 on 1 somehow :pac:

15 v 14 for the remainder of the half. Will say a lot about Ireland now whether we can capitalise on this or not.

Stockdale’s done well the last couple of possessions

I would imagine the IRFU will give Farrell the 6N. If we tank there he’ll be gone. With Eng and Fra coming to Dublin there must be a very real chance we could lose 4 of the games if we keep playing like this. Rome no gimme either in this form. We are septic

Murray took the box kick. It was seconds after Henshaw collected the kick that the ruck formed. The ruck should have been secured to Murray a chance to get there.

    The ruck is a mess

Second man is being allowed hands on all the time

Should have given Scotland a penalty on their 5m. Ireland would have knocked on and conceded a penalty in the scrum.

    And Doris.

Doris made three excellent carries in about five phases there.

But yet again we didn't protect the ball at the ruck and almost got turned over.

    I reckon Healy is done.

We are in danger of turnover at every ruck. Not like they are mad isolated runs. Half of them are Doris making a heap of yards in the tackle..
