Nobody said you couldn't. Nobody said I couldn't say what I think either.

Strange. Do you make a habit of thanking people who insult you?

I do not, but he's posted aplenty on here. I'd tend to believe he is indeed a medical professional

No offence taken so no harm done. I have thicker skin than most.

I'd prefer not to provide fodder for what this is trying to descend into. Rare events occur where people without underlying conditions die of COVID19. 93% of the deaths in this country are in people with an underlying condition and around 3% in people with none, the rest unknown. Not to detract from the point either that people with underlying conditions exist in the wild and rightly should be protected through our collective actions. There was a recent report on the prevalence of chronic conditions in Ireland which you'll find if you google it and the numbers are stark.

Source: Underlying conditions in confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Ireland HPSC.
Thank you. Also noted the lack of response from Miike.

Sorry, I don't hang around refreshing boards :)

Is the Oxford Chadox platform a one-shot deal? If you've immunised large numbers of people isn't your chimp adenovirus now useless? What's the long-term plan?

Let it descend, unless the mod objects?
The Flu sweeps 20,000 elderly in the year. Covid has claimed far less lives than this but the suicide rate has doubled.

After all hcw's are vaccinated (they have taken a massive amount of personal risk, toil and have been the soldiers at the front line). Also it would aid it stopping it spread in hospitals/nursing homes and in turn the community. After that I think it is publically debatable who should be vaccinated first ie should it be high risk of severe sickness individuals or high chance individuals of getting infected in order to stop further spread. Also should it be available privately if your willing to pay? Good problems to be having.

Nothing wrong with feet or being chiropodist. Perfectly respectable profession. I myself admit to having two feet and an ingrown toe nail on my right foot.

Vaccine certificates for travelling and other activities will be a thing in the near future in my opinion.
It'll be interesting to see how many on here change their tune once that inevitably happens.

They'll have to trim the social welfare for the unvaccinated too

A lot of the SW couch potatoes don't venture much beyond the offie

The flu probably didn't kill anything near as many, because of, Covid restrictions. Put that into the big calculator of lives saved or lost.
I am fully aware of the difficulties created, higher domestic violence, mental health issues and suicide.

97 people died of influenza in the 18/19 flu cycle in this country. So far there is over 2000 COVID19 deaths in Ireland?

Any source on this complete nonsense?

I think Facebook is a better place for your "statistics" tbh

98.2% of people did not say anything about 4%. The remaining 6.7% may have.
