Hi everyone, I have a few items picked that I want to track price wise. Just a quick question for the more knowledgeable people around here:

If I buy an electrical item from say Amazon Italy will it come with the Italian plug or an Irish plug?

I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this but just said I'd check :)

    Italian, or more accurately European.

Unless stated, it will come with that country of origins plug. My Delonghi coffee machine that I got from the German site came with a 2 pin plug.

The Honor Router in this thread is still £50. I got one and am very happy with it, you can see on that thread that everyone seemed to be

Any cool website related to black friday 2020? I am looking for something new to buy Christmas presents. Did you discover something?

Echo Show 5 down to £39.99 when ordered through Alexa.

Do you think these might be cheaper when bundled with a Ring Doorbell around Black Friday time, or should I pull the trigger now and get the Ring separately?

I got mine for £35.99 on prime day

Amazon have a number of offers live now but they must be ordered via your echo

Wondering the same here but I have amazon video and prime music and a free download to my kindle, so will stick with it for another while.

    https://smile.amazon.co.uk/Ninja-Multi-Cooker-OP500UK-Electric-Pressure/dp/B07YF9Y74S/

Larger Ninja Foodi OP500UK for £180. Comes out a touch above €200. DID and Harvey Norman have it for €220 if you want to shop local.

I suspect it won't go cheaper on Friday as the Ninja website, which led with this price, said it wouldn't go lower with them.

    as an FYI

I put 2 different items into my basket using echo. I went to check out but only one discount was being applied.

Had to check them out individually to get both discounts.

I cant get the Alexa ordering thing to work.
Some message about "sorry I can only shop in the primary language associated with the account"

Doing my head in and I cant order any of these offers!!

It can be better to top-up and use the gift card in case of change of mind

I noticed though they locked a new account when I tried it so I'd be using debit card now for any new account

I had this issue previously, it was because I was set to use the US appstore (for loading NBC sports app onto Firestick).

Log in to Amazon and go to
Your Account > Content and Devices > Preferences > Country/Region Settings

If I remember correctly I had to login to amazon.com to change it from US -> UK!

    HTH!

I just had the same issue. What worked for me was to go into the Alexa app on my phone. Pick the device I was trying to order on and change the language on this. It was set to English (United States) changed this to English (United Kingdom) and it worked on my next attempt.

    Hope that helps.

After picking up the echo show 5 on prime day, I was keeping an eye on them dropping again for gifts. Just ordered two over the show and they were discounted then in my basket. Thanks for posting

Are you sure both were discounted in your basket, I had to order separately this morning as only one discount was applied. It actually says it in the T&C's also that its one discounted item per order.

I remembered you said that so I did make sure. I'm getting them delivered to multiple addresses, one being delivered to uk 39.99 and other delivered here 40.32

They probably split the order themselves
