I wonder what Lindsey Graham has been up to in Georgia.

    Georgia or George?
Lindsey is a snake, no one should trust him.

Hopefully Biden starts an investigation on him.

You think being prepared will take 2+ months?

It'll take an afternoon around the oval table with key stakeholders..
Its a daft argument. Both know Jack sh.t about the truth of it so lets not pretend we do.

Then why, in your previous post, are you pretending that you do know?

Do you have deep insider knowledge that transition must start NOW else its Dooooomed?

I am no trumpite (honestly) but i can't get behind stuff like this and its outrageous accusation of this ilk that make me sympathise with him to some extent.

I expect accusation of trolling to be coming soon enough (as is usual for somebody who dares to row against the internet tides) so i will lay back in the hay as it were.
Constantly insulting. Good to hear you are taking a break.

Pennsylvania Supreme Court rules against Team Trump, have they been successful in any court case recently?

Might be the following they are referring to

    https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/live/2020/nov/17/us-election-joe-biden-donald-trump-coronavirus-covid-19-live-updates?page=with%3Ablock-5fb43c108f08b4f3c5674a31

Philadelphia election officials did not improperly block Donald Trump’s campaign from observing the counting of mail-in ballots, the Pennsylvania supreme court ruled 5-2 on Tuesday, a major blow to the president’s already flailing legal efforts.

They are currently 1-25, and as I recall the 1 was a ruling to continue segregating votes that were already segregated.

    The best people. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

is that the case that Rudy argued personally?

No for that one, the judge hasn't ruled yet as far as I can see, but open to correction.

NEW: U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) has tested positive for coronavirus

He must be getting close to 90.
    Edit, he's 87.

Rudy is making a show of himself in court, and given the bar was set pretty low after Borat, that's saying something.

    Meanwhile,

It is utterly ridiculous that Trump hasn't conceded. Ridiculous.

No sane person can say otherwise

No. Thousands of votes shouldn't be going missing. It's clear that the investigations and the recounts need to be completed now since so many votes have been missed even if all they do is extend Biden's lead.

Trump fans, conservatives and Republicans have spent significant time saying that they trust the American Justice System and the American Justice System should have a say in the fraud which was carried out in the election.

The American Justice System is having its say, and it's telling Trump to GTF.

    "Investigations" :pac:

Such robust investigations that they're being laughed out of court every day.

So congress has come out and officially said as of the moment there is no president elect as such a position can only exist if the other side conceded or if there are no legal challenges.

That was 5 days ago you can see it https://republicans-oversight.house.gov/release/hice-gsa-administrator-must-adhere-to-constitution-past-precedent-in-determining-president-elect/

They also do not say officially that there is no president elect they actually say "There are enough state contests in question, such that there is not yet an apparent President or Vice-President-Elect. "

So basically trump is not going to concede and keep throwing spurious cases at the courts and then once the election gets "officially" called in Biden's favour he will go on another rant (not sure how it can be any worse than what he is going on).

IMO it's a moot point and everyone in the Biden camp I am sure are aware of this hence why they are so calm about everything.

Yeah but kind of funny Biden is calling him self president elect and even created and office of the president elect :D

What did you expect him to do? just sit in a room watching TV eating snacks or be proactive in trying to do things.

The other guy just generally looks as if he is sulking and sacking people for disagreeing with him but as far as most people see he is not actually doing an awful lot (he's given up).

But wait a minute, that can't possibly be true. Here's Biden at his official press conference for his official government department. He has American flags and a seal with eagles on a navy background and everything...

He didn't call himself the President Elect, about 80 million voters did.

I'd hope "congress" didn't say what you've relayed here though, because it's all incorrect and you'd have to hope they'd know their own Constitution

There isn't actually a requirement for anyone to concede - it's a custom presidents traditionally engage in to allow for a swift transition rather than leave all the national institutions in the lurch, as Trump has done. Whether he does or doesn't concede though is irrelevant, his term Constitutionally expires in January regardless.

The Constitution does mention the term "President Elect" as a meaningful descriptor that's clear from context, but not as an official thing that gets assigned to somebody by other official - while it's certified by Congress as feature of the oath taking and all that jazz it's not a title that's "conferred" by them. The term is used in the Constitution only really so they can describe what happens if the guy who won the election - the President Elect - is assassinated or something before taking office.

So it's not like declaring your resort hotel the "Southern White House" or something, Biden is using the term the Constitution assumes of him.

Not sure if already posted but seems like another county in Georgia missed a couple thousand votes.

Uh oh, looks like there may be a credible case of election fraud after all.
Former White House ethics attorney Walter Shaub was similarly interested and said that an investigation into Graham “is needed.”

That line of thought quickly picked up steam among legal experts.

“It is deeply troubling,” said Kristen Clarke of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law during a Monday evening appearance on MSNBC. “Here is something that the Justice Department should indeed open an inquiry into.”

“There is more than sufficient predication here to open a federal investigation,” asserted former U.S. Attorney and current University of Alabama Law Professor Joyce White Vance via Twitter on Tuesday. “Georgians [and] all Americans deserve to know what happened, not just be left to speculate over a matter so serious.”

    ...

Andrew Weissmann, former top lieutenant to then-special counsel Robert Mueller, currently prone to shoot from the hip, decided to just say it outright: “This is what we in the legal world call a felony.”

It can't merely be George in the age we live in and the desperate depths Graham has sunk to since doing a miraculous and immediate 180 on Trump 2 or 3 years back. At this point I would be thinking it's got to be more of a "cute little George" type of situation, or something else very very illegal.

Wayne county board of canvassers refuse to certify the election result.
One of the republican members Monica Palmer on the board even goes as far as saying that she will certify all areas except for Detroit (essentially wanting to ignore a massive black vote).
She gets torn apart on the zoom call https://twitter.com/raywert/status/1328856173513150464

The same person is up in front of an ethics committee for a conflict of interest at 9am tomorrow morning.

IMO it makes no difference what side you are on but everyone must agree the US is an absolute basket case
