    He started on the 10th.

    His 11th hole then.

Are you even watching it? He's tearing it up, unreal drive at 2.
    ?
Of course I'm watching and loving how Tiger is playing. I'm just a bit nervous because I've seen it go wrong too many times recently.

Tiger's game looks to be in great shape, has barely put a foot wrong today

He's had about 8 looks at a birdie already.
No wild swings or double crosses either, touch wood.
He loves the humidity, does wonders for the back.
He's out late tomorrow and if in contention will be same Sat and Sun so the back should hold up.

    Some shooting from Casey!

    Sure to end up 8th.

Or just outside a place payment . As he had for 20 years :D

    Some shooting from Casey!

He always reminds me of Alan Partridge.....very annoying but at the end of the day he is harmless

That’s a really good round from Bryson really. Was struggling quite a bit off the tee and really managed to scramble quite a few pars from bad positions. Bounced back well after that shocking double too.

Where do eir sport take their commentary from? There is one particularly poor commentator. Zero insight. Just names the player, the score he's on and how many shots they've taken.

Already very scrappy stuff from Rory. With the way scores are now he really needs to start off well here. Par seems to be around 2 under

Two ropey wedge shots on first two holes, second was a shocker, overshot the green from 30yrds.

Lovely opening round from Tiger. Looked in total control of his swing.

He is a joy to watch when he is playing like that.

    Bubba really is a tosser.

This type of post has no place here.

Unfortunately Shane Lowry is once again in the familiar place of nine shots behind the leader after Round 1.Very disappointing.

Rory's whole demeanour and attitude stinks.

    Bryson had a 7 .

    Get on with it.

Rory starting to hit it nicely but really bad missed opportunity for birdie on 7. Needs to get back to level at least before they finish today.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,467 ✭✭✭Ivefoundgod

Really poor putt from Rory after such a good approach. Think he needs to be a couple under by the end of his first round at least, especially the way the course is giving up scores at the moment. Can see Augusta making things tricky tomorrow as revenge for todays scoring.

The amount of putts less than 4 feet that Rory has missed recently is shocking.

Butch seems to be on a bit of a time delay

There was a lot of break on that putt. He tried to hit it through the break and hit it too hard. Very disappointing miss as he was the closest I’d seen to that pin. People either went long or spun right back down the hill towards the front of the green.

DJ's putting routine is a disgrace! Used to be my favourite player to watch, can't stand him on the greens now.
