Did they not first say they didn't review anything after the offside?

Which, if true, along with the fact that the referee took no action should mean a retrospective red.

Ole looks like a deer in headlights every time I see him being interviewed these days.

Watching him being asked about starting Maguire and dropping Pogba.

Robertson also had a scummy kick out at a player today, it wasn't just everton players at it

Potential career ending little flick out was it? Thought not. Please don’t compare it to 2 horrific potentially career ending fouls - absolutely no comparison.

He signed in September 15th. Since then he's only lost twice in the league , both away to Liverpool and Man City.

Should be ashamed of himself.

    Such a nonsense post.

Maybe my point wasn't clear enough but I specifically mentioned top 6 sides which includes City and Liverpool.

You pay the big players the big money to turn up in games like that and he more often than not goes missing in those games.

He's not just a forward, he's the captain. The Henry/Vieira/Adams etc

I said it after the Liverpool game too, he should be ashamed of a captains performance where he barely gets any touches.

My opinion: take the captaincy off him. You need more steel for top 6 games than he shows. He's a world class player, he doesn't need the burden of the armband, I think he'll score more without it

I'd say the same if someone said here give Salah the armband because he's the most talented player on the team. Might work for Egypt or Gabon but PL you expect the Keane/Gerrard/Noble/Kompany/Terry etc etc characters. I'm not a fan of just giving it to the best attacker. I think it also burdens Messi unnecessarily

There's nothing wrong with VAR. There's plenty wrong with the clown show that is refereeing in the UK.

All VAR has done is exposed how inept they are.

Yeah he was crap today and crap against Liverpool. However he scored 4 goals in games against Man City and Chelsea in the FA cup semi final and Final only a couple of months ago. Anyway if he scores 25-30 goals this season, regardless of who they are against then he’s worth his new contract.

Yep agree with that, and he probably will get those goals

Just looking at the replay of the VVD incident. Doesn't look good, the way his leg jarred was exactly the same as when Zlatan did his cruciate when playing for United. Really horrible to see players of that calibre suffering injuries of that nature.

Wow Newcastle 1 up after a minute.

This couldn't have started any better (or worse if it leads to Ole getting the sack)

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 27,385 ✭✭✭✭super_furry

Come on United, need a win here to keep the Ole show on the road.

The side he picked was a strange one.

Just saw that Greenwood isn't even on the bench for Man U is it injury or self isolation or something else?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,191 ✭✭✭✭Shanotheslayer

    That's a cracker

    Lovely goal.

United really are becoming a one-man team.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,191 ✭✭✭✭Shanotheslayer

Well that's a RIP. Dissed for VAR

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,404 ✭✭✭✭Turtyturd

    They fixed VAR.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 27,385 ✭✭✭✭super_furry

I'd love to see VAR scrapped. Would rather the risk of referees getting it wrong on occasion that what we have now.

United are playing well since the goal conceded
