The intelligence of hinting at a move to Level 5 on a Friday......
Town was very busy already today, carparks packed. People obviously getting done whatever they can this weekend..I'd imagine the same scene in every town around the country. Cases will rocket from this

It is also people thinking that it doesn't matter if they individually don't follow the restrictions. But it's the cumulative effect of people not following the restrictions.

A quick look at my neighbors driveways now... The 0 visitors rule doesn't apply to them :)

Slovakia is the test the entire population over the course of 2 weekends.

Fascinating to see how this pans out. This is the kind of way of potentially managing the virus in absence of vaccine.

I really think that the government are tending to their ego and don't want to be seen as admitting that NPHET were correct in their previous advice.

If so, they are letting people die.

They have a bigger population than us. Will be some achievement if they pull it off.

Why, will a day or two's delay make a huge difference? Bear in mind they could just reject it again and come up with another hybrid.

Good point, I'd like to see him taking the PUP in solidarity those he so steadfastly represents. People forget Leo the leak is above all else a man of the people.

    Source you say?

Bag of cans in the park I'd retort.

All reports are saying level 4 is going to be implemented with some changes

    That needs a cabinet meeting

It will be interesting for everyone else to see how they might incorporate such tests. A rapid accurate test of some kind is starting to look like it could be an urgent interim solution.

Slovakia have the beginnings of an Influenza outbreak now, so they'll be particularly keen to differentiate.

So they arrange a meeting for 3pm on a Saturday and then decide they don't have enough time to discuss..

At this stage, the anti everything protesters can just storm the dail. No use for it at this stage, beyond pathetic from the government...

You need to be in the room sometimes, especially for serious affairs of State - that way you can shut up whoever is monopolising the Zoom video feed!
