76 cases are in Dublin, 25 in Cork, 21 in Donegal, 16 in Kildare, 13 in Galway, 7 in Roscommon and 7 in Waterford, with the remaining 23 cases spread across 12 counties.
Donegal seems to be creeping up

    So tomorrow could hit 500?

There is 584 of the 647 now accounted for. However, there is also potentially another 40 outstanding from last week.

Tomorrow will tell a lot I’d imagine.

Less than half of yesterday, lift the restrictions

    And apply them again tomorrow!

No, that's not how it works.

And some people say they have "a bit of the flu".

    Nah.

People seem to confuse a headcold will the flu

I got the aussie flu few years ago...it definitely wasn't a headcold

Actually it's a critical juncture so not quite a crossroad but there'll another one coming up soon enough!

Cork's cases down slightly today, Donegal's on the other hand remain stable enough.

Slightly but compared to last week it's increasing steadily

Donegal looks in bother, I'd say they might be staring down the barrel of restrictions tbh.

South Donegal/North Leitrim doing surprisingly well. They should start concentrating on areas within a county with regards to lockdowns.

If there's a significant outbreak in Wilton shopping centre like people are saying, im a bit worried.

Leitrim is probably mainly Carrick. I'd say Donegal is the border area with people working in NI mainly alright.

Including Dublin - free me from the shackles of Dublin West!

Cork is quite high considering an overall lowish figure today?

Think it’s letterkenny and Milford that are getting the most. Carrick has majority of Leitrim's numbers.

The 674 positive swabs would say different

647 and that was 48hr positive swab figure. Last 48hrs had 584 cases reported so 63 backlog cases could be added in tomorrow.

Some counties cases are up today and some are down.

We might hit 10 cases tomorrow or we might hit 50,000 cases.

I don’t understand the variance between positive swabs and tests announced if it’s 647 why only 188 announced

Thank you where do I find the swab information and can I assume Sundays 274 figures and today’s 188 are in that 647 and leaves a balance unaccounted for?

Did we turn into the United States with a population of 330 million or something?

Donegal has a very big influx of people from northern Ireland especially and other parts of the country during the summer months. The beaches are majority northern reg cars.
