They should have just put Dublin on Level 2 and said they will review its status over the coming days.

They will be ridiculed (and rightly so) for the level 2.5 announcement. It is far too gray-area to get people's understanding and buy-in.

I cant see that this is going to make any difference at all, i work with the general public in a public area and the vast majority of people have given up on social distancing, even using the hand gel is becoming less and less and not many places even enforce it now. Plus loads of shops dont bother with qs now so basically if you rock up at any time you get in. Is the government just laying out all this level talk and then in a few weeks just lockdown the country anyway..

So we went from a four stage plan, to a colour coded plan, to a 5 framework plan but there's still no actual plan. This stinks on a Monday morning middle-management team meeting.
