MM is just very poor at answering questions. When Leo was talking it really did feel like at least there was going to be a relatively clear message. Theres alot to be said for being a good Orator.

I'm struggling to see how the slight difference in measures for Dublin are going to have any significant impact on driving the case figures down. For most people there will be very little change so in 2 or 3 weeks will we looking at 500 or 600 cases a day? Why not act now?
