Anyone who believes such a thing is either lacking in critical thinking skills or they are being deceptive.

The point remains that this video make believes something very stupid, ie, that there's a conspiracy around a mass shooting.
if he believes something like that, it shows that he either doesn't have good critical thinking skills or he is being dishonest and has no problem promoting a stupid and wrong theory to gain attention.
There are no other reasons for why he would support such a ridiculous notion.

Thus we can assume that he's doing the same about corona virus.

You've not provided any good reason to think that's not the case. And you've shown that you didn't think too hard about what he's claimed.

But claiming that there was a second shooter for some reason isn't better or more rational than claiming there was crisis actors.
It's the same kind of stupid and delusional.
There isn't much reason to distinguish between the two versions of the same silly theory.
You're just whinging about this hair splitting because you're desperate to avoid points you're incapable for addressing and you are upset that you've expressed a belief in a very silly theory.

You can keep avoiding the points if you like, but it doesn't make them go away. It just makes it clear you can't address them.

Critical thinking doesn't mean you have to take any random idea seriously.

Critical thinking helps you identify good ideas from bad ideas.
And one of those ways is to see if the person suggesting the idea has and good reasons for suggesting the idea and seeing if they've had a history of suggesting bad ideas.

In this case, and in a lot of cases were you seem to be swallowing what you're told by youtubers, in both cases the person fails this test.

This guy in particular is basing his argument on his personal expertise and authority alone. But as you've admitted he has no expertise or authority.
We can also see that he believes some very silly and incorrect things, like with the Las Vegas theories. You also seem to buy into these theories for some reason, therefore you can't understand why rational people understand such theories are asinine childish fantasy.
