Plenty of hotels doing their own thing to be honest.

Been away twice in different parts of the country, was asked for my room number and that was it.

    Oh absolutely I would agree.

My post is pretty much from the IHF which larger city hotels in particular would abide by.

You can't just walk into the residents bar and have drinks.

If you had a meal you can book a slot in the residents bar after for a max of one hour.

Exactly. That's my point . "No food required for the residents bar" isn't really accurate. You must have had food on the premises.

Yes apologies my original post is confusing.

I just meant after eating in the hotel you wouldn't need to order another "substantial meal" whilst in the residents bar.

Instead of choosing to use the ignore function, you instead choose to expose yourself to such "misery". Why?

Personally i feel that it’s ignorant to put someone on ignore unless they are blatantly abusing you. Anyway you still see qouted posts i believe.
But that doesn’t explain the over and over copy and paste tweets about the heart , that’s being deflected here once again in your reply.

Good to see WHO endorsing one of these methods for once . The amount of articles I've seen over the last few months claiming product chemical such and such reduces rate of death in critical patients by 1/3rd, 1/4 whatever, if even a few of them had any truth to them surely we'd be at zero death rate by now !

No pin prick. Saliva based this one.
The sample type is a nasopharyngeal swab, not saliva.
Implications are huge. If you could test someone instantly or people could test themselves at home that's nearly as big a game changer as a vaccine. You could isolate cases instantly. Or even test someone when they board a plane or enter a night club or anything.
These tests are still performed by a healthcare professional in a healthcare setting, like a GP surgery or acute hospital setting. It is a point of care test.

I don't think zero deaths is possible, but we are seeing much lower death rates even with an up-tic in cases. Don't forget some people who get infected are literally at deaths door anyway and no amount of 'chemical such and such' is going to help them.

That point was made in England a few months ago i.e. that C19 just accelerated deaths in many very sick people by 3-4 months. In other words they were expected to be dead by August anyway.

Hardly surprising. Cases are high in France the last few weeks and the PSG guys were hugging, shaking hands, high fives, the works. What did they think would happen?

Anyone have an rough time frame for when the virus is going to be gone? I have a couple of things planned for the next few months (holidays, weddings etc.) that I really can't miss.

It'll die off soon after US elections.
