    I'm assuming that the workers in these plants are on the younger side, so you'd expect to see not much in the way of serious disease.

    The fear has always been that this then creeps into more vulnerable populations as those people circulate in the community.

    The HPSC release the figures not the HSE so not sure what handouts you're reading.

    And Fergal Bowers is down at the Dept of Health and just said he’s expecting the latest figures in about 20 mins, so he’s not got any press release yet.

    I see the Irish tradition of fiddling is alive and well.

    I’d speculate that the “leak” is to prime people for a significant increase. Get them in the mood so to speak.
