even beria didnt get his hands dirty with executions. the only person he is known to have killed personally is the guy he replaced.

This is a rather negative tread. How could Stalin be the worst dictator ? He is leaps and bounds, head and shoulders for being probably one of the best models for a promising despot to look up to.

So whose the best despot and why ?

Surely, the worst deposit is some who was extremely incompetent and wasn’t very good at killing people, especially the right people and rather timely lost his crown
