    2017 (Jul-Dec): 5 x €50 = €250
    2018 (Jan-Dec): 4 x €50 = €200

Nothing for me today. Taking the newest winning numbers 03 and 10 July the difference is 1,558,778 indicating sales of close to €10 million. Back to normal.

10 million of the newest bonds ASD to ASM won 109 prizes. Best ASL 15, worst ASM 6, average 11. This is an annualised return on €62.5 million of 0.453%, a good bit above the expected 0.36%. 10 million bonds in isolation in a single draw is too small a sample to conform to the average. The biggest gap between winning numbers is about 400,000.

I had given up checking on the Friday (just the last 2 weeks) due to a prolonged lack of success, then lo & behold, the Killarney envelope arrived today valued at €50. It was a little disappointing as this was the first time my winnings were re-invested (did I sign up for that) so I presumed it was just the normal monthly delivery of new Prize Bonds

€50 win 10/7/2020, PB bought February 2016, first win since 6/12/2019.

Winnings to date (no winning records kept pre 2005) €1,725 on €10,150 worth of PB's bought monthly over a 21 year period plus €20,000 bought in Feb 2016 (six €50 wins on the February 2016 purchase).

    Winnings 2011 €75
    Winnings 2012 €150
    Winnings 2013 €200
    Winnings 2014 €100
    Winnings 2015 Zero
    Winnings 2016 €200
    Winnings 2017 €250
    Winnings 2018 Nada, Zilch, SFA
    Winnings 2019 €250
    Winnings 2020 €50

    Roll on next week

For those who have bought large batches e.g. €20-€30K at a time how did you actually transfer the money ?

Its too much for online debit card transaction, not really advisable to be bringing large amount of cash into a PostOffice. Could setup a one time Direct Debit ??? Bank Draft ? Or is there some other way without breaking it down into smaller transactions that I am not seeing on the website ?

According to the Annual report 11.3% of sales of €537 million in 2019 were done online. It would be normal enough for people to use cash. If you only have it for a short time and don't advertise the fact, nobody seeing you going to the Post Office would have a clue.

I’ve bought a number of €50k batches using a DebitCard (Ulster Bank VISA), account was obviously in funds at the time of purchase. I believe that BOI Debit Cards will also work for large amounts though I haven’t tested this. Don't know the rules for other banks. Realistically, the alternatives are Cash to the post office, Personal Cheque (if you have a cheque book) or Bank Draft. You could also ask your bank to assist you in overcoming the limit they are imposing (i.e. give me a bank draft without the charges)

Looks like it varies a lot between banks. PTSB have a limit of €2500 it appears but BoI appear to either be €25000 or unlimited depending on varying sources! Maybe a BoI debit card will work after all - thanks for all the replies!

Limerick got the 50K today and last week, also 26 June. All three bonds were bought in 2012.

Another lucky person in Limerick today as well. Nothing for me.
