    have you heard of 'adaptation'?
people who live in the villages about 4000-5000m above sea level don't have breathing issues, but if you try to live there you would notice the difference.

A normal person at full exercise intensity only uses around 70% of their lung capacity.

If a person's lungs are so completely and utterly wrecked that a tiny difference from wearing a mask causes issues, they should be hiding inside because they have serious problem and Covid will probably kill them.

You're wrong or you're a troll. It's a sad way to have fun.

Can you send me the link to the scientific study with O2 levels minute by minute, with and without masks, preferably from the scientific journal, not from twitter?

Its pure physics, nothing to do with doctors posting videos.

It's not. Lol, what am I doing questioning a physics expert and bringing biology into the mix.

Really? then why athletes refuse to wear masks? they still have 30% of unused capacity!

No evidence that the protect us.

Just introduced due to hysteria from the nutters on Facebook.

Another aspect of our freedoms taken away for what?

A virus that causes a mild illness fir most with over inflated death rates.

Darwinism needs to move a lot quicker than it has until now.

Noticeable improvement of mask and face covering wearing in Lidl today. Different age groups too. No big effort required. Just people getting on with it.

The latest studies show that the death rates increased by about 1200 compared to the previous years. while the official COVID stats says: 1746 which means 45 % fake stats!

One thing is the type, quality and design of the mask you’re using makes a HUGE difference.

Some of the reusable masks aren’t made from the right fabrics. I have a multi cotton / layer linen one which is absolutely fine to wear. No issues whatsoever. Surgical masks are also very easy to wear.

Also bought a Chinese made mask on Amazon back in March / April and you might as well be trying to breath through a plastic bag. It’s smothering and made from the wrong materials.

We also ordered some at work from an Irish company and they’re like speedos. Horrible to wear. Ended up having to order different ones.

A lot of the stuff for sale on amazon are Chinese anti pollution masks, most of them I’ve seen don’t look very effective and the purpose of what we are supposed to be wearing is really just a baffle to prevent direct jets of air, not a fine particle filter.

Just beware of ordering rubbish that looks like it will be cool online!

Stick to simple, breathable fabrics like cotton and linen and you’ll have very few issues wearing them.

Like we didn't know what dark corner of the Internet you were hanging about it already. Do we get a heads up as to when your sock puppet friends will be arriving over to join you here?

    Hey,

I'm looking for somewhere to get reusable masks at a reasonable price. Where can I get these online that have a decent shipping time. Currently I'm using disposable ones.

    Its very easy to check.

You can ask admin that I'm not using any proxy, not sure about other person.

unless I have two public networks at home or VPN it is impossible to fake)))

Regarding the death rates the information is publicly available. no conspiracy.

Surgical mask are the way to go imo. They have been shown to actually work in preventing transmissions of viruses.

The CDC recently said they have not established a definitive difference in transmission rates between surgicals and n95s.

There seems to be plenty in supply again and they are reasonably cheap.

The only issue is the seal, which can be easily fixed. Somebody posted a video of a dentist here showing a quick way to improve the seal here a few pages back.

ok, unfollowing this hive of trolling and villainy.

the arguments against masks here are absurd, I came here to get some correct phrasing to talk to a facebook "friend" about this.

    I realise now it's pointless.

On a certain level I find the opposition to masks baffling. Aside from the medical guidance to do so, we now have a whole new fashion accessory to play with.

You want look like doctor - now is your chance.
    * Please do not take advantage of this to impersonate a medical professional

You want look like ninja - now is your time.
    * Please do not take advantage of this to commit any crimes

Not much of a choice is there, you won't be let in or served if you don't.
