I'd say there are a lot of people out there just waiting for them to open.
Always thought it strange how one of the most profitable companies in Ireland never had an online operation.

Off topic I know but I think Penney’s have said in the past it wouldn’t pay them to offer an online service.(You can make your own mind up about that.)
I am aware of some lady’s boutique which are open for a few hours a day with the door locked and the owner is doing admin inside and you can pop in.

Clothing section reopened Today. They were only allowing a few people into the section and people were buying bundles of stuff.
