Tyrion for playing the game his way.

Be interesting to see who reads my blurb. I meant 'interaction' and have duly edited :o

2 great characters but the Imp was imperious in the earlier seasons.

    Take a bow Peter Dinklage.

I’ll go for Tyrion here, I always felt he was the drive behind so much of the story and a well fleshed out character.

Just action instead of interaction. Which makes no sense as they were involved in lots of action

Because Tyrion's story was shockingly bad from Season 5 onwards in the show and they had no idea what to do with his character, I'm going to have to vote for The Hound who was always brilliant throughout

I have to go with the Hound, I was never pissed off with him in the show.

Writers ruined Tyrion those last few seasons IMO.

Tyrion, integral in the whole show and way more effective than Clegane at the battle of the Blackwater

Tyrion. I love The Hound but I think Tyrion is a worthy overall winner.

I hate to vote against the Hound dog but I have to go for Tyrion his wit and Wisdom are just a joy.

Time for me to get out the fake glasses and mustache again I think.

You'll all owe the Hound 2 chickens each for this.

Tyrion, I loved the hound but just preferred the actual growth (no pun intended) of Tyrion as a character.

It's a funny one because the Hound knocked out Tywin in Round 1 initially (he eventually requalified through the Second Chance Showdown) so I have to say I expected this to be much closer fought.

7-2 to Tyrion so far, still loads of time for that to change though. Time limit expires for this match at 19.41

I love Tyrion but feck it I'm gonna vote for the hound because he's ridey in his own way.

The Hound for me. Never really warmed to Tyrion.

Tyrion. A clever little man. And quiet likable. Could easily have a few beers with him.

Looks like I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue

Tyrion's accent strayed into Littlefinger territory, but the character was one of the few 'good guys' in the show. The Hound was brilliant, wish there had been more of him the actor nailed it, even after I recognised him as the narp guy from Hot Fuzz.
Tyrion, because he seemed more central to the plot and was more relatable.

Yeah, that’s a good enough reason for me to split them. What he said - vote for Tyrion.

WHAT. That was the narp guy????? WOW.
    TIL.

Tyrion puts down The Hound for good, 10-4 the result

Two Lannisters already through to the semi finals.

Let's have a Lannister-less match now shall we?
The Onion Knight, Ser Davos Seaworth

    VS

    Ramsay Bolton

    Ramsay hilariously evil

Ser Davos. Ramsey was class but good must defeat evil in the end

The ever faithful Ser Davos seaworth for me, think he is one of the most underrated stars in the show.

  • Moderators, Recreation & Hobbies Moderators Posts: 16,287 Mod ✭✭✭✭quickbeam

Ramsay Snow because he's despicable. Davos never did much in the books that I remember.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 18,503 ✭✭✭✭Also Starring LeVar Burton

Davos as he's the most consistent character in the show and a great book character too, plus I could honestly listen to Liam Cunningham read out a shopping list for 4 hours straight as Davos and be disappointed that there wasn't another 6 hours of shopping list left to be read

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,286 ✭✭✭seligehgit

Ramsay the villian we all loved to hate.

Ser Davos was way too bland and dare I say vanilla.

I thought he should have died at the Battle of Winterfell.

Ser Davos, his evolution from mere school principle in The War of the Buttons to Stannis' right-hand man, it was a joy to watch.

Davos. Probably the most deserving of any character.
