Margaery was a wily young ambitious princess wannabe.

Very ambitious.

Wasted on Renly and ran rings around Tommen.

Loved her verbal battles with Cersei.

3 different mountains.Saved the best til last with Julius Hapthor Bjiornsson.

His duel to the death with Oberyn Martell was an unforgettable moment.

Largely redundant post same until Qyburn resurrected a creature of sorts.Ever loyal to Cersei.

Cleganebowl was a huge let down after the neverending theme of tension between the estranged siblings.

Grand Maester Pycelle for me.A conniving macheviellian character who was close to the centre of power for a time.

Podrick just followed Brienne of Tarth around the place.

A bland character.

GM Pycelle - Julian Glover did a great job. Unfortuantely, his best scene was a deleted scene between him and Tywin where the old feeble facade was dropped.

It's beautiful, and starange the worst season has one of my favourite episodes, and possible favourite scene, but Pod is not as interesting a character as Pycelle an old man pretending to be weaker as a kind of armour.

I’ll vote for Varys the Spider as I liked the political manoeuvring and general sneakiness in the show and Varys was a master of it.
