    US deaths over 60k now. Each one a person with their own story, hopes and dreams leaving grieving family and friends. This is an terrible time and we have to hold on to our humanity. RIP all covid 19 victims.

    That's frightening. We need to get rid of this thing. We have to quarantine incoming people. We have to wear masks and stay locked down until we get to zero cases and then continue to enforce quarantine.

    I imagine the aspirations on testing and on turn around in reality don't match the propaganda we are been fed.

    Even if there is a complete lifting of measures, there won't be, people will take a long time to re-adjust.

    Possibly, I wonder what the average lag on deaths appearing on rip.ie. I suspect that it is a relatively quick turn around, meaning that the blue curve is encouraging. An updated graph, would be informative.

    Some good news. Those recovered patients that tested positive again in South Korea. The results were likely caused by the tests detecting dead fragments of the virus.

    From what I can see new case numbers below 100 and being able to do 100000 tests a day which IMO is a fairly good way of dealing with this, we need to be able to manage and limit its spread and prevent another surge until they can develop a vaccine to treat the most vunerable.

    Thing is some people are getting a bit of "cabin fever" from all this atm but I can see the next thing people giving out about is being unable to fly on their holiboppers I dont think were gonna see a return to normality until at least next year.

    Sure they promised 15k a day weeks ago yet only delivered 2 and a half.
