Miriam's line of questioning is consistently dumb.

"Can you tell me when exactly you are going to do certain things in this totally unprecedented and constantly evolving situation?"

    Came on here for updates.
Looking at the last few pages, it's seems to be mostly an anti-American/Trump diatribe. Wuhan is in what State again?

Very odd. Usually the same gunk from the same posters, who are detracting from the information that many come on the thread to find out about.

These people are obsessed with Trump and hate him at the same time and can't shut up about him.

Leo should organise a surprise gift for every household like a tray of Lilt or something.

There’s a blast from the past. Can you still get Lilt?

We should defend our way of life to an extent that any attempt on it is crushed, so that any adversary will never make such an attempt in the future.

Leo is coming across very well.

Miriam is really pushing him on lifting the restrictions and what that will look like.

We're going to be fcuked with a recession and he's holding up very well knowing what's in store for us.

Leo agreed to the migrant workers in advance and then said he was uncomfortable with it.

Leo tries so hard to be serious, but it all seems to be a bit of a joke to him.

She must've asked him that question 4 or 5 times. Ridiculous.

Trump is like a sore tooth. You should leave it alone, but you just can't.

The open borders thing is just irritating people.. why can't we just close our borders to all but limited circumstances.

Then we could return to some normality until the vaccine is found.

Im confused. You thank a post bemoaning anti-American diatribes and yet your 2 previous posts suggested Americans could not give a damn about even a million deaths.

Did he say social distancing until we have a vaccine? Did I hear that right?

Anti American diatribes. That was what you engaged in. That Americans would not give a damn about even one million deaths.

I wouldn't be pinning my hopes on that, to be honest. We're going to have to get on with it and become comfortable with the death.

    Some social distancing

You hardly think we'll go back to packed shops etc?

Detroit is an outlier, neglected City for ages. Very sorry to hear the stats from there.

But anyway, to me as long as the Red States are not affected, it will be another Trump victory.

    Brace yourselves.

You may be right, but how to contain it from the red states? Plenty of them have big urban areas, which the virus seems to hit harder than rural areas. It does seem odd that cities like Vegas, Houston, etc don't seem to be as hard hit as cities in blue states.

    1. No guarantee that a vaccine will ever be found.

    2. You would be off yer rocker to take a vaccine as soon as it's released.

That is the commonly held belief yes. The virus will not just go away. It will linger as long as it can as its own survival is paramount

African Americans are affected far worse than others

Second biggest risk factor after age is obesity
