    One form of exercise a day alone or with household
    Medical need/help vulnerable
    Travel to/from work only necessary jobs

    Police will have powers to fine and disperse.
    Immediately closing all non-essential shops, parks, outdoor gyms
    No more than 2 people to congregate
    Weddings etc banned

    UK upping things now shutdown of all shops bar grocery and chemists.
    No gatherings.

    (Would) make a massive difference. Without knowing about antibodies, you could test negative for the virus and then catch it on your way home. It doesn't really get rid of the fear of catching it or spreading it, it just tells you that at this particular point in time you're not infected with it.

    He is like a brow beaten headmaster now. I think he needs to ban exercise as that will cause people to congregate in parks and on scenic walks.

    You should not be meeting family members who do not live in your home.

    You should not be going shopping except for essentials like food and medicine - and you should do this as little as you can. And use food delivery services where you can.

    If you don’t follow the rules the police will have the powers to enforce them, including through fines and dispersing gatherings.

    Close all shops selling non-essential goods,​ including clothing and electronic stores and other premises including libraries, playgrounds and outdoor gyms, and places of worship.

    We will stop all gatherings of more than two people in public – excluding people you live with; and we’ll stop all social events​, including weddings, baptisms and other ceremonies, but excluding funerals.

    Indeed, and having an extra freezer has been a big help this week.
    Fresh food is starting to run low, been in isolation for a week now. Hoping that wife gets her swab result tomorrow. If all clear I will be able to get those stocked up again.


    Need fruit/veg/milk, for the kids, more than anything.
