The posters in here seem far more sensible than the general population, so I'd imagine it will be less!

We’re also less sociable so that goes in our favour too. Some haven’t seen the outside of their ma’s box room in years

If I was 60+ living in Britain I'd be getting the fúck out of there.

They are trying a herd immunization experiment that has never worked before.

Impressed with the US press conference. Major government/private company partnership to tackle the problem. Seems like the right approach

    CDC estimates for US pandemic

    Projected estimates are -
    96 million infections
    480,000 deaths

    Worst case scenario estimates are-
    214 million infections
    1.7 million deaths
    21 million hospitalisation

    Fairly grim

    Really?

It was designed to increase the markets, then you had Pence sucking off Trump for 10 minutes.

It was one of the most bizarre things I have ever witnessed.

It's a very Trump / American solution. Obviously he's an idiot but it is impressive and infactic. Again makes the UK look crazy.

They'll reverse that when the death rate shoots up to 60%.

    All optics.

Down here just last week people were in almost every restaurant caffee could hardly get a spot when they announced the 1.9mil might get infected no one gives a flying f about it yes people talk at the end of the day theres little that can be done, way it goes unnoticed many could have it and recover without issues, id say only priority should be with those having pre-existing conditions and elderly, otherwise no point in panicking, as 2-4-54 weeks total shut down etc will solve nothing, kids must be having a blast now out and about everywhere.

as i get slow down is needed, but in reality all is needed is a good billion and couple gaa stadiums, setup proper quarantine places pay double for any medical staff, and treat only extreme cases, spreading miss information or being worried about this $hit aint healthy specially for those with mental health issues as is.

Daughter due to work in McDonald’s this weekend . Should I let her go in ? No word from them about precautions and I’m worried

When asked if he will self-isolate, Trump keeps saying 'No because I'm not showing any symptoms'....seriously! He doesn't understand the most basic element of this virus. Or he's conveniently ignoring it.

You would wonder about these models considering how few have died, relatively speaking.

Should be OK but get her to call them. General cleanliness levels in their stores are a positive!

Boss has told us to work from home but as we work in biological production, we can be called in at any minute. Kind of defeats the purpose really.

Two projects cancelled in our office today. I'd be amazed if I still have a job in 2 weeks. Working in construction .
