A veterinary clinic in Tipperary Town are looking for a kind, caring emphatic team player to join them as a veterinary receptionist. The primary role will be meeting and greeting pets and their families, providing front of house care. Experience preferred but not essential.

The primary focus will be to work closely with the small and enthusiastic boarding team on cleaning and laundry for the boarding residents and ensuring that the boarding house is a clean, homely and comfortable space for the students to return to each evening.

Some flexibility re working hours, location and tasks will required on occasion. Making a positive impression is vital to the school, and the housekeeper will play a key role in that, allowing the full potential of the boarding house to be realised.

You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.

Candidates should have experience working in a similar role in a boarding school, nursing home or hospitality environment. The successful candidate will oversee/supervise the work of two part-time housekeepers so experience in a supervisory role would be advantageous.
