About the role

* Drive and maximise sales opportunities
* Re-inforce outstanding customer experience
* Ensure KPI targets are achieved and surpassed through the combined efforts within a team
* Participate in customer interaction at all opportunities in order to provide support accordingly to enhance customer experience
* Product knowledge training
* Social Media posting
* Preparing items for online delivery
* Managing stock on-line and replenishing when needed
* Implement skills and knowledge of social media
* Portray a passion of menswear
* Provide the highest level of customer service whilst building relationship both online and in-store

What you will need to succeed

Ideally, you will 2 years experience in a retail sales role. You will be able demonstrate menswear brand knowledge. You will be an effective communicator with the ability to build relationship. You will have a strong interest in online marketing with some knowledge of social media posting and SEO.

This role has an immediate start. It is a temporary contract until January, however there is an opportunity for a permanent position.
