I do stretch but the others I wouldn’t do so often, might actually try and get into it properly. Although I think the pain might be sciatic pain because it starts in my lower back and goes into my hip and leg so I should probably get it checked out really.

That can be from a tight IT band or tight calves which goes into the gluts medius, and comes out usually the left side of the lower back.

Hehe it's actually not beyong the bounds of possibility (no scandal as such but my family tree is shrouded in mystery due to lack of sources of information) and I'm aware I have. double living in my nearest town. Stranger things happen at sea.

Thank you Guy Cheerful and Seph.

Just off the phone. Most of the places I had to contact were still closed and there was some confusion due to GDPR with the other place. Could've been a more productive hour.

Send one of yourselves down my way 😏😛

Don't forget now Seph, one of them is evil

Though I just thought of a good name for them. Widdertwins.

And finally, I have posted this before on another thread but at least one of the twins carries a gun with her at all times. Be very careful what you wish for....

    Hahaha! :)
    Widdertwins.

Oh the possibilities I'd have if I had a twin.

I would worry about the world if there was a twin me out there.

Sitting in Primark Belfast waiting for one of my friends to complete her purchases so we can go join our other 2 mates for a hot beverage.

Did the hop on hop off tour and now doing a bit of shappin. I bought 15 pairs of silky knickers. Now.

That revelation should stop the lads posting for a few minutes anyway. 😂

Was it Witchie's silky knickers or something I said? :)
I did think my perfume was a bit strong alright :D not enough to make people pass out though :D

It's never the knickers that get me, it's the "no knickers" that does it.
All of a sudden I have a fierce craving, I'm going to have a big slice of Christmas cake

When you're coiffed and dressed to the nines way too early in the evening and you're flitting around trying not to spill anything on yourself or get dirty!
Also painted my nails so I've to hover my hands.

Evening all. All packed and ready to go on holiday tomorrow.
Off to the Middle East to see my very wonderful nephews aged 6 and 3. When they moved in 2018 we were heartbroken. Last year when we visited the eldest would take my hand and say “I have missed you”. Tears of joy when we arrive.

At home relaxing too. Was on a brewery tour earlier and was devastated when they sent me home at the end of it.

Took down the decorations here today. Dusted, hoovered, mopped and the place looks great! Also did a visit to the shops and just thought about doing a Christmas after Christmas next year. Goodies discounted to feck. Loads of gift ideas going for half price too. Even boned and rolled Turkeys are half price. Seen a girl walk out of Supervalu today with a massive ham for 14 quid. We're suckers!:D

At the Kitchen table bored. Maybe a beer or two, three, four....On the dry from Monday.

The troops are going to a house party, no problem with them taking cans but then I spotted cans of coke in the bags as well so the usual argument started because I hate them drinking vodka, very little you can say when they're over 18 so I do that awful thing that my mother does, that look, curt answers, eyes up to heaven..I swore I'd never be like her but I can even hear her sometimes when I open my mouth..its a downward slide now I'm f*ing morphing into my mother, she never drank and would only have a rare glass now so maybe we're not too alike.

Couchside, just got nails and eyebrows done and having a can of Heineken, tf its Friday.

Duvet, they will have to learn their own lesson with spirits. It can be an easy one or a very hard one.

On the couch feeling a bit sorry for myself. Maybe it’s Sunday night fear on a Friday.

I agree but it's the worry when they're out, spirits are a game changer imo and they use them as a fast drink to catch up ,they're similar to wine in that they're very deceptive but I might as well be talking to the wall,in fairness I cant complain but I really worry when they are out,I suppose all parents do,I honestly don't know what age is easiest with kids.

I feel your pain Duvet, all I can say is that your thoughts are natural parent thoughts.
You're only ever going to get over it when they're not living with you. When you don't know what they're at.
We live alone now, but put in years of not sleeping when they were young and out.
Even yet as we talk to them on the phone and they tell us about going out or party's, we are uneasy until we hear from them the next day and they all live in England now.
Even when they are coming to see us and we know they're travelling we worry till they get here.

No age is easiest Duvet. I'm 48 and my mother still makes comments if we meet in the same pub.:D That said, I've observed the spirits being used like shots after the system can't take any more lager or steady fizzy mixed spirits. But it takes time and age to realize that you know your limits and then stop. I'm actually more worried about cocaine from what I'm hearing from youngsters lately. Mixing it with massive amounts of alcohol and then more. Wipe out territory. I was no angel in my day, but the mix between spirits, cocaine and the ultimate quick hit and high these days is blurred beyond belief.

Sitting in my rocking chair moaning about youngins'.:D
