Make the most of it. By the time I got to my 50s I needed any help that was going.

I'm still here. Was a smashing day - sunny with a nice fresh breeze- the legs are walked off me :)

All is good in Bumbóg land.
Fireside with the feet up & a glass of vino.
So happy my lovely sister is back from her hols tomorrow - I’ll have less work to do but it’s the chats I’ve really missed.

    Quiet contemplative mood.
Listening to Ed Sheeran "Kiss Me". I love that song and I am not ashamed.
One glass of wine at dinner went straight to my head.

Might sound strange but I'm enjoying feeling peaceful for a change. Friskey can wait :) when friskey is in, sense is out.

You should try CBD oil mam,I took it for a month and every ache and pain disappeared straight away,I was on a high for the month, couldn't stop talking and the house was spotless as I kept cleaning, a bag of energy. I stopped taking because it actually frightened me it had such an effect, I know lots of people who tried it and noticed no difference but it genuinely had me floating.

I don't attempt the stairs for a while after waking, too much joint stiffness and pain.. Not very quiet getting out of bed either what with all the huffing and whining :o

I drank cbd tea at the ploughing last year when I was on the methotrexate and I was so chilled out I was 4 or 5 pints in before I remembered I couldn’t drink on it
