Awake here too, have a pain in my stomach that’s keeping me awake. Listening to music in an attempt to distract myself

Thanks guys. Probably too much over-indulgence over the last few days :pac:

Nothing wrong with that in my opinion.

I've been exceptionally indulgent all week.

Listening to the birdsong. Wondering I seem to be drawn to people who build me up and tear me down.

Hahaha no but I really like that song. I was wondering what to listen to :)

Buttercup would be a great name for a girl though. Filing that one away! :)

Waiting for my chauffer to get his skates on.

I have a small, yappy dog to give away. If anyone wants it let me know,
I'll jump over the neighbour's fence and get it for you.

    It's a cool cloudy morning 7C

Heading to the salt mines, probably put a hex on myself when I expect it to be a quiet one.

    Morning one and all.
I am done entertaining. We had five people to lunch yesterday as well s the big group of in-laws the day before. I am going to spend the morning putting the house back in some sort of order. I hope to escape out for a coffee at some stage.

That was a marathon sleep session. And well needed. Up now and ready for the day. Have no plan yet.

    Good morning all,

Just back from my annual visit to the uniform tailor, another complete set of clothes to keep me going for the year. This is so wasteful as I haven’t opened all of the clothes from last year or trench coats for the last 5 years.

Day 3 gym class and I can feel my fitness and mood improve already.

The knack will be not getting sucked back into the aul corporate crap come Thursday.

Other people leave on time to collect kids etc, so I'll be setting the alarm for gym.

Turkish coffee old style, so exciting to watch a city wake up and appreciate its history

Hmm. There was a great apricot sunrise and now just a slate grey sky. Gotta push past the less pleasant months to reach the pleasant ones, I suppose.

Curled up with stomach cramps. I was early this morning so we ate breakfast at the MuckDonalds drive through to pass the time. I remember now why I don't like McDonald's. Stomach cramps unrelated.

Back from a nice walk along the shore and coffee in a lovely little cafe.

Lighting the fire and having a go at the crossword before thinking about dinner - chips or boiled??????????
