    Finally got in and order gone through, for some reason I could not connect at all on the Chrome browser but Firefox did the job..

    Did you get an email confirmation? I'm worried my payment didn't communicate back to the site. My order says pending in my account?

    Says in my account that the order is pending.

    The same here tho it says the Transaction was sucessful "Your transaction has been successful but there was a problem connecting back to the merchant's web site. Please contact the merchant and advise them that you received this error message."

    Got as far as add to cart but cart empty. After a number of goes, bounced out. Have got back to account a few times but can't get any further. Most recent message is site is 'Site is not secure' ! Bit of a fiasco!

    Just keep trying. Once I got in process seems to be ok, ordered, email confirmation and payment pending on my credit card when I checked my online banking.

    Did you keep refreshing or just let it take its course on the checkout screen? No luck here yet

    Just let it work it’s way through. I did try the refresh route initially but that seemed to hang me.
    Once I got on to the site on my successful attempt I just let it work it’s way through on completed order eventually.
    Although I won’t be happy til I actually receive my order given the circumstances!!!

    Got the same, shows in online banking. Tried again now and successfully placed an order with email confirmation received. I'm assuming the first one didn't go through.

    Ordered 2 and have paid. Got the same message re problem with Merchant site. Haven't received email yet. Hopefully went through as huge Lizzy fans

    When you get to the order page and the disc spins, it takes a while before it goes to the check out page so better to wait rather than refresh

    It took me about 50 minutes to complete and then I get this :(. Bank details say its pending.

    I ordered twice and one says processing but the other says pending. Looks like the confirmation of payment didn't communicate back to the Central Bank. I doubt they will manually match them so probably only one of my orders went through.

    Even though it says sold out, keep an eye on it over the next few hours and days in case they become available again, just in case all the problems people had with incomplete and possible duplicate orders might have clogged the system up in some way and had resulted in a false “sold out”.
    It’s a long shot I know, but .....
