    I love the way that things work around here, just as I’m enjoying the view from my 18th floor room, I get informed that things have changed and I’m just going one-way back home :):)

    Fecking hectic day in work, the retention problem in the defence forces is really hitting us hard.

    Last day on antibiotics, still no running until Saturday but heading to the gym for a swim later. Can't bloody wait.
