A lovely fresh morning here, off for our walk me & the dog.
Seriously mulling over putting in a very cheeky bid on a house........

In work. Even though I work in a nice place I'd love to have no necessity to work and just do my own thing. Spend more time with the wife and kids. No need to send the wee one to creche. Have the freedom to do what we want daily. Yeah I'd love that life.

Tea in bed. Food shop later, hopefully rain buggers off. Had another therapy appointment with psychologist yesterday. It's extremely hard work.. Don't know how I keep going back..

Fair play Grem. I hope it's helping overall ?

I'm losing the fight with my rebellious insides today. There's an upside. If I do have to go to hospital, my surgery could be brought forward. Either way I'll be fine. It's not nice but it will pass.

Windy October ish day...very spooky, I like it :)

Deskside after waiting for the postman outside to take delivery of a book I need to study for an exam I have in 3 weeks... I have NO idea how I am going to read it all in that time! the book is easy 1000+ pages...

Widdershins, I'm defo getting that spooky autumnal October feeling too! It's excellent! :D

It's awesome and I rarely use that word. I can see why people used to imagine a thinning of an invisible veil between our world and the spirit world.

So look, it’s the big euromillions jackpot tonight. If ye all say a wee prayer for me the when I win it I will make sure to send some good Karma your way.
    Karma – not Korma.

Grem anything worth having or doing usually seems like a huge effort at the time but pays off. Stick with it.

    I’m having early lunch!

    Hi!
Anyone offer a 20 word synopsis of all the comings and goings over the last few months?

At the desk, wind and rain outside

There was work. There was food. There was alcohol. There was hangovers. There was sickness. And good weather. That’s it.

    Individual or national summary?

    Take your pick...

In the interest of fairness, I'll be counting the words though!!!

At my desk in work, just finishing some data analysis for a paper I'm working on and off out to grab a sambo for lunch and a little stroll to clear the head.

At my desk too, and really tired for some reason. I could do with a lie down - I'll wait until I win the euromillions tonight and then I can relax :p

Enjoying my tea break and reading "The lost art of the cutaway" (illustrations). It's on "Messynessy chic" if anyone wants to find it.

I'm in good form. Saw my OH for a while. He called over to drop something to me but we're seeing each other tonight anyway. Hope I didn't worry him too much earlier :(

Sent home sick from work today and trying to recover a little bit in time for a 10k race tomorrow, I'm part of a work team so I'm not sure if they're concerned for my welfare or the points we may or may not pick up if I'm still very poorly tomorrow.

So just out of the sack and feeling miserable :(
