Fainted in work sitting outside now trying to cool down, I’m either shook after the past few weeks or I’ve got a virus, weird blotchy rash on my chest and neck and arms

Homeside. Fitted (or just fit? fitted sounds wrong?) a lot of travel into a short space of time and we enjoyed every second.

I've been reading the Lorenzo thread with excitement. Love wild weather and if oh isn't called in to work it will be even better.

Got hungry before the gym so I decided to come to Costa to get a coffee and a bun. I’ll work it off in the gym, promise!

Took a half day at work today, back at my OH’s place in Blackrock chilling on the sofa on my iPad. Trying to start a new piece of creative writing that will be going into a publication. Got a bit of writer’s block. Deadline for submission this coming Friday so I need to get cracking ASAP.

Yoga class this evening in town. Not keen on going out again in this sh*tty weather...

Gardenside enjoying the autumn sun ... :pac:

What a miserable day, roads flooded and currently tableside cold, and hair like electrocuted candy floss.

Going to be a long week.

Just back in from a walk with the dogs - it's really chilly and miserable out there now sitting beside the fire with feet up and cuppa in hand. I could easily sleep here.

Working my fingers to the bone cooking for a party of ravenous workmen. They didn't expect it of course! Really sound chaps going the extra mile for me so I'm happy to.

Not the worst Monday I've had. Up early. School run. Got dinner organised. Tech desk for a bit. A small grocery shop. Fed the troops and then had to consider a very surprising job offer in London. But it's fairly long term. Back home maybe every 5 weeks for a few days. Still considering. Mrs G and little G have been informed and told to leave me to think before any family conference.

In the kitchen eating a massive bowl of pasta and watching the World Athletics Championships. About to watch the Ingebritsens hopefully annihilate the 5000m field.

Not looking forward to going to work later in this weather :(

It was nice to hear total silence except for the clinking of knives and forks:)

Fireside just relaxing & listening to swirling wind with a cup of coffee in hand. Taking stock of my year so far and what it's taught me.

Best of luck thinking things over G . I know whatever decision is made , whether it's to stay or go , it'll be the best decision for you and the family .

Mixed berry candle lighting here , pasta pesto and garlic bread about to be eaten .
