I had a bad PTSD nightmare last night, told them in work (thankfully soldiers are more open to talking these days). We have support staff but I know what works for me so was sent home early to chill and get my head together.

High tide in Portmarnock is 5 o'clock so I'm sitting patiently waiting (actually the impatience is killing me).

I've a nasty healing blister on the right foot which means I can't even go for a run while I wait for the tide.

So like Ted I'm faffing about on boards.ie and browsing surfdock.ie for a new winter wetsuit

Really good to hear that they take mental health issues seriously. Hope you are feeling better.
