Seph, I've recently discovered an author called Alex Morwood, she's fantastic.
I have The Killer Next Door to read tonight.
Bubbly, I'm more of a whiskey drinker so I think you're right.
A medicinal hot one is called for now.

Tech desk is now on auto pilot. It turns off on its own when it has slaved away with the work I did earlier. I'll check things in the morning.

    Another beer!

Not long home from a 500mtr open water swim (no running today due to bruised bone in my foot)

    488720.jpg

I had a completely empty beach, the weather was awful, the sea was very rough with big swells & breaking surf and I swan completed naked, I had the perfect swim. I loved it.

Settling down to risotto & tuna steak washed down with a bottle of white wine (not sure what my daughter picked).

Afterwards it'll be Netflix and Mindhunter

Oh it just keeps me somewhat sane, but I'm a lazy sod and sometimes its a killer just to get my gear together to run, cycle, gym or swim but then I remind myself and I'm going to feel fantastic after :D

I just about walked 500m today and that was around the shopping centre doing a heap of returns, was very bold as I went to work for about 2 hours and then took leave, glued to the couch now and think I'll start watching Mindhunter, it's meant to be good, haven't watched Netflix in ages ...staying hydrated of course.

Duvet Day Mindhunter is brilliant (and you'll learn so much as an added bonus ;))
    Enjoy! :)

I've never used an air fryer, but pierce the potatoes skins and microwave them, then peel and mash.
