    Happy Sunday, everyone.

Well, KF, this one nearly broke my will to live

After failing to find anything, in English or Spanish, related to triangular-shaped monuments/obelisks in South America (concentrating on the NE coast, damn you, French Guiana), I went back to the church. Cross-referencing the predominance of Christianity in Latin America, complete with handy national flags, I finally noticed a tiny, tiny flag flying on the white building to the mid-left.
    488434.jpg

"That's Peruvian", says I, excitement increasing.

    Image-googling:
"Pirámide del obelisco" Peru monument -egypt

makes this the Plaza de Armas, Tarapoto, San Martin, Peru.

    :D well done TMBS.
I had a feeling it would be a tricky one and was wondering if anyone would spot the tiny flag in the second image.
I was tempted to blot it out, but figured Peru has to get called soon enough.
    Very well done again..

Un-feckin-believable, Bubbly :) I was chatting to a Romanian chap yesterday who grew up in Turda, but I thought it'd be ages before anyone got that

Two-for-two on the same day, gold star for you!
