Limerick are slowly growing into the game. Reckon they'll still win.

    No i bet they wont.

    Seriously poor wides by Limerick

What game are you watching? Arm around his neck.

If Limerick can sort out their wides they’ll run away with this second half.

    Great match.

Limerick forward was holding the kilkenny players hurl first. That's a free out, look at the rules

His hurley was ripped from him first.

It was probably a pen, but i'm not sure how many refs actually give it. The guy reffing today did so thats all that matters i guess.

Alan Kelly is having a mare. Stage too big for him. KK are being rode and I say that as a Tipp man.

great game so far , intensity levels off the charts , 4 players surrounding tj every time he sees the ball ,

Jaysus some cock up by the referee, could be crucial.

Don't think Alan Kelly is favouring Kilkenny at all.

I'd be surprised if Richie Hogan comes out for the second half - he's made a few basic handling errors when on the ball.

So both commentators mention that Gillane is holding Lawlors Hurley but then say it’s a penalty to limerick!!!

They were both fouling. Never a penalty in my mind and pretty sure the ball was hit over the line also.

agree to a degree , he is doing a great job of letting the game flow , but seems to be pulling kilkenny on a few petty fouls

Dr. Canning, try Walter 'Walsh' instead of 'Welsh'. It's not complicated.

It's the absolutely correct pronunciation for a South Kilkenny person of that name.

What game are you watching..Limerick haven't been given anything. The penalty was a penalty

very quiet , that point he got before half time might buy him a bit of time

You happen to miss the penalty?

Kilkenny overcarrying gone beyond a joke. They never get called on it

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,625 ✭✭✭Lefty Bicek

I think I see tiredness creeping into a couple of our forwards already.

Going to be a long second half.

They never let us down though, always honour the jersey.

    KK forever.

No it’s not. It’s Walsh. It’s spelt Walsh, not Welsh...

    Incorrect pronounciation..

Not too dissimilar from the Munster final Limerick are slowly bringing themselves in to the game. They started to dominate in the last 10 mins of the first half. If not for a few terrible wides they'd be level.

To be within 3 points after the dominant start by Kilkenny is a good result.

Walsh is Walsh ..not Welch..slightly ridiculous that people get away with that bad English.

You don't need to tell me how to spell my own name.

I'm from the parish beside Wally Walsh, and my name is Walsh, and it has always been pronounced 'Welsh'.
