Ah feck...... best friend was operating a flight to Munich over the last few days, he felt unwell and went to hospital, his heart stopped as he was having tests done.

    Total cluster ****.

Not sure how I can tell my wife.

Smurf I’m so sorry to hear that about your friend.

I’m chilling out after starting anti biotics and snot rinse. Snotrinsing is my favorite. Must be the only person I know who takes Xanax for a sinus infection. Xanax cures everything.

Lads I'm closing my account but just wanted to pop in to say goodbye to ye.

Truth be told I've gotten a little bored with social media in general and find I'm checking on it more out of habit really so as part of an overall health push, along with stopping eating bad foods, I'm stopping wasting any time on social media.

Having said all that, I've had great craic on this and I want to thank a lot of ye particularly on this thread for being such a sound bunch and being so kind to me personally at times. And thanks so much for some serious laughs had, that's what I mainly came here for. :D I'm not going to name everybody because it's already a tldr job but before I go, saying as we've been such a tight bunch, I want to at least give a shout out to a few of ye so, New Home, Mam, Cleo, Colser, Crowded House, Srameen, Wibbs, Witchie, black forest, Boom, Harleen, Rubberlegs, Ted, Seph, Grem, Auto....I better stop really or it'll just go on and on and I'd still forget a few anyways. I feel like I've gotten to know a lot of ye a little bit and just wanted to say thanks for the kindnesses and laughs and good luck to ye all. To anyone I forgot to mention, I apologise and would like to wish each and every participant on this and the few threads I follow the very best of health and happiness in life.

I may be back with my tail between my legs and a new username down the line :pac: but I dunno, I feel it's a bit different time so good luck lads and all the best. :)

Ah, sorry to see you go bones but appreciate your reasons. All the best, and if you do come back, give us a clue! Nothing worse than thinking you recognise a new name as an old poster and not knowing :)

Best of luck with the new arrival Bones, sorry to see you go, but know where you’re coming from.

Smurf, sorry for your loss. Must be a shock for you and all concerned.

And belated Birthday wishes to Honeybear and Auto.

The above sums up this thread in one, we are all here for each other during the highs and the lows and it’s why I love it.

I’m considering heading to bed. Got soaked 3 times today and feeling the cold

Sorry bout your friend smurf, very sudden and that hurts.
Bye bones, be good to yourself, best of luck with the screamer.
Tired and almost wrecked here, heading out again for another couple of hours, after a super dinner that has been virtually rubberised waiting on me.

Broke up with my partner other day so was sitting around feeling sorry for myself and then suddenly her brother turns up and sat with me for a couple hours chatting. A lovely thing for him to do, just shows how kind people can be when they know you're hurting.
In the kitchen now browsing daft looking at apartments and houses.
Jaysus some of them are gas. I want a fresh start but unless I grow a vagina and lose my dog I'm ruled out of renting mostly.
Thankfully I'm in a position to buy and wont be taking the bed under the stairs in some dude's gaff in Sandyford but I was tempted to go back to school when I saw the students only advert for the room share with the 3 women and 1 lad. I'd say that lad would be awful pissed off when a guy turns up.
So attention turned to buying.... But herself says she wants to stay local to me. So buying becomes awkward in case she moves in next door. Jaysus sure if I keep moving theres the stamp duty...
So basically I'm being followed by the person who doesn't want to live with me.
    You couldn;t make it up.
Anyone got a caravan for sale?
Or if theres an application form for joining the travellers? Send it this way boss.

Condolences Smurf, that's a huge shock, rip.

Ah Bones, you will so missed, all the best with the new arrival, will be thinking of ye x.

Lads I died a long slow death today, every bone aching from last nights concert, I'd say I slept awkwardly in car home also and of course too many "refreshments" on the night.. Now here's the dilemma, got 2 freebies for Bon Jovi on Sunday night but working very early Monday morning ..I can't decide.
