Pogba possibly about to be shifted positionally. Worth keeping an eye on as this could make him less appealing...
Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba could be set for a positional shift as manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer considers making a tactical tweak involving the World Cup winner.

Pogba played both matches for France during the international break, against Moldova and Iceland, and performed well for his country.

Ole felt he was one of the players who was possibly a little jaded against Watford, after his exertions, even if the Academy product played his part in the 2-1 success and another three points that lifted the Reds into the top four.

Pogba operates in a more withdrawn role for his country, and is more than capable of sitting deeper, and the manager feels this could be an option to increase his influence on proceedings.

Of course, the Frenchman is also a key contributor when pushed out on the left or even into a no.10 role.

“Paul is important to us,” explained Ole at his post-match press conference. “We couldn't keep the ball today and, as I've said it was probably 50-50 possession and, at home, we're a bit disappointed with that.

”But Paul has been away and he's played two games for France. Of course, he's playing a bit deeper for them and that might be something we have to think about to get him more involved in the game, make him dictate games more for us.

“That's from game to game. As you can see, Paul can do both. He can attack and defend.”

He’s definitely gone for me too on a WC but will hold Rashford as my only United player

I have Murray alright but he's kinda gone off the boil a little. I'll still keep him for their good run though. :)

Bournemouth score most games at this stage. That said, we're running out of games to use it

Just noticed that march is on a Friday night. No idea if that changes much. Probably not.

It really changes a whole lot.

Friday night matches. Anfield. Going for the league. An already relegated Huddersfield. Liverpool have 6 games left, they should win 2 cosily and the other 4 they’ll need to dog it out. I’m hoping this is one of the 2.

Zivchenko May be worth a punt at this stage

Can you play the wildcard and a chip in the same week? My guess is yes...

No, only one chip may be active in a Gameweek. For example, it is not possible to make transfers with your Wildcard chip and then use your Bench Boost chip in the same Gameweek.

    Yeah sure it’s ideal
Bring in all the players with best games for one week AND bench boost

Don’t know why nobody has ever done it

    Or reads the rules

    LOL

I'd do it just to get rid of all 3 feckin chips in 1 go! Save the pain and misery of a 1 point triple captain and a red arrow on a free hit spread out over multiple weeks :-)

How are people feeling about City for the run-in? Their fixture list after remaining in everything (especially if they beat Spurs in Europe) is insane.

Coming back from a Free Hit without any City players and the urge is not so strong to go after one. The possibility of bringing in Sterling for Hazard for DGW 35 has obviously occurred to me, but:
    A) Hazard is at home to Burnley in his SGW
    B) City have Spurs in the Champions League, followed by City in the league and a trip to Old Trafford within a week

Could you really trust anyone who wasn’t rested for the Spurs Champions League game before the DGW? I’m thinking probably no, even though the laws of probability suggest someone will have to play through the tiredness.

Jimenez has signed on a permanent deal for Wolves. Hopefully he’s nicely priced for next season

Doubt it they underestimated him this year id imagine a minimum of 8.0 probably 8.5ish he's been gold this year though

I'd imagine he'll get one of those awkward price points around 8m. If he reaches 200 points this season he could even be 9.

I’d be the same if I already had players. I wouldn’t get rid but amnt mad on bringing them in either.
