It's in a style very similar to Ugly Betty.

I watched the last half of the last season of Kimmy Schmidt there and it really was time to wrap it up. It was still enjoyable in places but there was obviously no clear structure for the story. Last season was pretty much the same really. Still, the first season is still one of the best things Netflix have produced, in my opinion, and Titus is one of the greatest comedy characters ever.

I did love the Cats episode... But otherwise at end of life.

Oh it had just completely run out of steam. The splitting of its last season also robbed it of that necessary momentum you need with high energy shows like this. I had heard it was to allow Netflix to qualify for Emmy nominations but I hope they stop the policy (they did it for Arrested Development, which also suggested from a start stop season). Titus ended up nabbing Kimmy's spotlight, who increasingly felt a little surplus to requirements in her own show.
Still, those first two seasons remain comedy gold dust.

Wrapped up Safe last night, it's been knocking around for a while now. Good show, it's always moving and new clues appearing which keeps the viewer engaged.

Good twists along the way as well.

Loved the first few episodes but thought the plot became completely daft by the end.

    The Legend of Cocaine Island
An urban legend about a duffel bag of cocaine buried in the Caribbean leads a misfit band to hatch a nutball plan to find it in this comic documentary.

Sadly not very good, was looking forward to this, super irritating playing dumb stoner character and obese gullible simpleton fella who supposedly used to be a construction boss millionaire, scripted up like an early episode of Gold Rush, not at all a proper documentary, avoid.

All one timeline supposedly, though. Chronologically:

    Chapter I: Season 4 - 1950s
    Chapter II: Season 2 - 1979
    Chapter IV: Film - 1987
    Chapter IX: Season 1 - 2006
    Chapter X: Season 3 - 2010

    Chapters 1, 2, 4, 9, 10?

Titus upstaged everything and he really had the bigger arc in that last season, the only arc really.

    almost finished the Bodyguard

Well worn themes and not very engaging but I love the acting of lead actor Richard Madden.

    Chapters 1, 2, 4, 9, 10?
Yes, from the big, leather-bound book that's the history of true crime in the Midwest.

Thanks for the heads up. Was going to watch this this evening. The "Gold Rush" comparison was enough for me. Sounds like a stinker.

It's been the same the last few seasons shown weekly in UK and we have to wait ages in Ireland. I think I read that some other Irish network has the rights, but they've never shown it.

Was the same with iZombie. Rte had the rights but then we suddenly got the weekly release during last season.

Is Z Nation any good? Is that a series from the movie? Love me a zombie apocalypse tale. Unless it goes the same way of TWD...

There's a movie? I watched Z Nation from start to finsh. Found it better than Walking Dead. Doesn't take itself seriously most of the time and just embraces the ridiculousness.

I would sort of agree. It's low budget, tacky, camp, and goofy as hell, but it's more craic than most of The Walking Dead.

I remember thinking the 1st episode was outrageously crap, but once I accepted it for what it was, I really started to enjoy the show.

Just when I was about to give up finding anything really good after watching all the decent stuff, I started Love, Death & Robots last night and it's excellent.

All the stories equally brilliant, but I loved the feel of the matrix from episode 4. Great stories, very creatively done. Highly recommend it.
