He was class tonight. Was out for a run and listened to Creedon throughout. I cancelled my Spotify a couple of weeks back to move to YouTube Music, don't suppose he has a play list on there?

Great show to discover new music, especially if it's a bit before your time.

Always thought John should play more of these old session tracks. Must be a treasure trove of material in the archive.

Love Hugh Masekela’s version of ‘Grazing In The Grass’ :)

Plus the bongo-tastic ‘For Your Love’ by The Yardbirds and ‘Glamour Profession’ by the Dan!

    Good man, John :)

Enjoyed This is Radio Clash at the end there but couldn’t escape the feeling I’d heard it only very recently and then it came to me. Cathal played it on the graveyard shift a mere few days ago.

Not that I’m complaining, mind. Only goes to show they both have clashtastic taste in music.

Can't beat a bit of Bunnymen
    Hating all the faking
    And shaking while I'm breaking
    Your brittle heart

I know he worked over xmas but I'd say John's had more days off than Joe Duffy this year.

    Welcome back, John :)

You don’t mind if I listen till 9.30 when Alan Partridge is on? :o:D

Did anyone catch the name of the novel being discussed on tonight's show? The author was good to listen to.

There was an interview with Marlon James on the arts show before creedon if that’s what your referring to. Has a new fantasy novel out but can’t think of name offhand. Spoke very well alright.

The Creedon show...only place where you'll get a bit of Gallagher most nights...he even played Pavlovs Dog, "Late November" one night, a great choon. Plus he's a sound bloke on the streets of Cork.
