Anybody hear the Shine On You Crazy Diamond version John played last night? Not sure i'd heard it before, had sax and other little unfamiliar bits in it, but didn't pick up what he said about it afterwards.

I heard it, I assumed it was Parts I-V.

Yeah i'd say your definitely right. It's my brain going ga ga in middle age, just never remember hearing saxophone in it before but i dont trust myself to remember what i had for dinner last night so that wouldnt mean a whole lot ;)

Tonight’s show is class. My SoundHound app is on overdrive - each song a great memory. Maybe just me but so many great songs tonight

Legend, can't think of another radio show (other than maybe Ed's Songs of Praise on a Sunday night) where I'd hear that song. Just one of the many reasons that I purposely tune-in to Johns show!

As the thread starter, nice to see this about to hit 1000 replies.

Shows that plenty of us know good radio when we hear it.

Keep up the good work JC

Been listening to the last fifteen minutes and the one link I've heard it was informative and the music is relaxing and good. To quote sir jimmy of McGee John creedon is "different class"
