Posting on boards isn’t “the mediaâ€.

Ooohhh look at old man traditional media defining what is and isn't media.

Their bit on David Silva today was brilliant and I couldn't agree more.

Wouldn't have Robert Pires on my list but they omitted Suarez, Van Persie, Zola

Is there anything more boring than a rugby pro interview? Ringrose yesterday was excruciating, he sounded like a scripted robot.

The whole David Silva comment about being the best import was such rubbish though. Silva is a very good player but Murph and Ken were dead right in their response. There is literally 30/40 players better "imports".

It does really highlight just how 'in the here and now' everything is these days. I know it's probably always been the case (in my day players were better type of talk) but seems to be getting worse in recent years

I skipped it after a few minutes. They played the Jamie XX music after it, usually played after good deep interviews. The ringrose interview didn't deserve Jamie xx theme!

Small bit behind on the podcasts so I'm a bit late to this but did enjoy Ken's "outing" of Murph as a Man United fan on last Friday's pod. Not that it was that surprising or even that secret but Ken really enjoyed making that awkward for Murph with Murph desperately trying to cling on to his impartiality.:D

Eoin is also a Man United fan as far as I remember. I saw Ken at an Anfield Wrap show a good few years ago so always presumed he was a Liverpool fan

    I didn't think that was a secret ?

No but Ken just offered a little peep behind the curtain and Murph did seem a little uncomfortable with it even though he tried to laugh it off.

I though he was an Arsenal fan? Just speculation, never heard anything concrete

Always thought Eoin and Murph are Man U and Ken is firmly Liverpool.

Never really knew nor cared... And that's probably because I've never really felt a natural bias in any of them towards or against any club

Personalities definitely - especially with Ken i.e Mourinho but I never felt it was driven out of some bias against Man Yoo

I'd agree. All fairly balanced. And ken just hates Mourinho because he seems like an arsehole.

I honestly thought Ken didn't have a team. He never really seems too enthused, or upset, about a team or their results, almost like he was above the romanticism of having 'a club'.

I remember him telling Alan Shearer in an interview that he was at Anfield when Blackburn won the league there in 1995. It is very doubtful he was a Blackburn supporter and he was only a teenager at the time - it wasn't work related. So I think it is safe to assume he was there as a Liverpool fan.

Apart from his obvious Marseilles bias.

Ken is a pool supporter. Met his brother in law once and asked him..... Yes I am weird.

Ken is a pool fan, two lads are united. Thought that was fairly well known?

    Ken is an ABU.

    I'm partial to your abracadabra,

I'm raptured by the joy of it all.

I've always wondered, was that true about his trials or just a gag? I never heard anything to say it wasn't true, but never heard anything to confirm they were taking the piss.

I'd imagine the Marseille thing was something along the lines of Ken in French college and he worked at the Velodrome sweeping up for a month and said hello to Basil Boli as he walked past.

Ah, so he is a club legend. Got it.

Ken referred to ‘derby country’ several times in the latest football podcast. He must think that’s the actual club name.😜

I think that's what Bielsa called Derby, which is why Ken said it that way.

Tell me about it. And don't get me started on posters getting the names of the SC lads wrong, or the posters who complain about Ian McDavid's loud introductions at the live pod shows.
