We will then ascend to the penultimate floor. Beyond that I know little"

The room is large and filled with fine wines and foods. An ornate bed lies in the middle with a Sausian princess lying across it wearing a fine golden necklace. The room has three alcoves.

On seeing Aelrindel she stands and walks to the window.

"Visitors then. The lonlieness has been excruciating. Finally my needs shall be met"

She walks past Aelrindel, her hands move along his shirt before she passes and sits down.

A Sausian prince appears from one of the room's alcoves (OOC: Sausians are all twins, males blue skinned) and sits on a cushion tracing his finger along a goblet.

"Is it me or my sister you want a taste of, you damned rogue?" he says with a wink.

    Aelrindel smiles.

'See you dwarven idiot, things always work out for the best with me in charge. Praytell - I am in need of assistance in finding an artifact, which of you wishes to help me? Or would both of you be willing to accompany me. There is a place in my house for such a delight....'

He winks at the male twin.

'And as for the princess here, I am sure we can find you an elf more than willing to lavish you with gifts, jewellery and all the fineries a beauty such as you deserves.'

They head past the fusion reactor, then North and enter a corridor that is long and filled with a sand covered floor. Strange sprials are traced in the sand. An exit leads North.

"This way master" the robot says flatly.

    Aelendril shrugs.

'Very well. I imagine that charming blue skin will look dashing next to my elegant frame. You should come with me, you know.'

He looks back to Thonrat and thinks.

'And princess... he may be of common blood, but I have heard tell this...dwarf has satisfied armies of ladies. He may not be much - but I promise you he would be worth it.'

    OOC: Who knows, i.e. yes

They seem very aggressive, taking swipes at each other as they work.

"Well, 6 of them, 13 of us, I reckon we.... wait where the hell is everyone else? Elf lady, any chance them bees will pitch in?"
She lifts a Warrior hand up and raises it's middle digit at the blacksmith.

OOC : If the corridor is narrow enough and they're close enough to the window, Ristan is stupid enough to try and rush them with his staff held horizontally to push them out the window.

"Then let us begin..." he says with a arched eyebrow.

A little while later both the Prince and Princess lie exhausted. Aelendril having been given a scroll that will unlock the gem vault.

"Never have I..." the princess whispers, but she can say no more.

The prince will not say anything, for speech would spoil the aesthetic of such a perfect moment.

Thonrat is curled up in a foetal ball in the corner, rocking back and forth whilst Aelindrel dresses again.

'Directly transport me you say? Or do I have to walk there. You know, I'm tired of walking. That offer of a repeat performance is on the table, my dear Prince.'

    He looks around at Thonrat.

'Oh come on, it wasn't that bad. I didn't ask you to look at me!'

As they walk across the room a huge gravity field swells, the robots' frames shaking from the strain. However the group are carried beyond it.

The robots manage to deposit them into the room on the other side.

This room seems to be the study of a Shaman. Many scrolls and glass bowls filled with sand lines the room. An active gravimantic spell has several such bowels floating above a mat with a Magic Tome from Madania lying on it. Once again it seems they were studying Fourion magic.

An exit to the East leads to a corridor and a simple arch to the West leads to directly to another room.

One of the robots turns to Irwin.

"Master we are damaged. Take our weapons, it is your highest chance of success"

The weapons fight snuggly with a strap across the shoulder.

This seems to be a kicthen adjoining a social area of some kind, well more a wrestling ring with beds around it. The cooking area is full of pans and pots and a stew is currently brewing. The wrestling area has eight of the warrior caste watching a fight between a strong looking pair.

There is an exit to the East that can be reached without the guards seeing you.

Ristan rushes the group, but they hear him coming and run in a frenzy at him. Ristan himself is ripped to pieces, throat chewed out. Then one leaps at Pip and cuts through his stomach, he dies in pain from blood loss. Quentanaa manages to stab one of the technicians.

Farris calls on any supernatural beings to aid him. Some unknown power responds, granting him increased agility. He dodges some swipes and lands two precise hits, killing two more.

Quentanaa seeing the carnage runs for it, something wants her to escape and masks her footsteps.

Farris fights as best he can, but in the end is overwhelmed. The technicians pile on him, tearing into his abdomen. At least he went out fighting he can say to Sir Fiole.

Quentanaa reaches the room with the sand floor, the gravitic trap now sprung does nothing. She sees the robots lying around damaged.

    OOC: Summary of room:

She can hear the Nerosians to the East.

"The scroll...it will allow no traps to harm you. One the next floor, do not disturb the Shamans. The scroll will protect you from them, it is an agreement of sorts"

    The prince sleeps.

'Come on then Thonrat, best get going!'

Aelindrel waves and they head back to the reactor room and then North.

She can hear the Nerosians to the East.

She searches the robots for anything of value (monetary or protective) then tries to remove a robotic part and throws it at the blob in the middle of the room from as far back as possible.

She extracts a laser gun from the robots.

The robotic part causes the bowls to collapse when it hits one and they trigger a powerful gravimantic spell about the tome. After a bit it passes.

They quickly cross the sand room, meeting Quentanaa and the robotic remains.

The room is in a bit of a shambles now from its contents being crushed by the gravimantic spell.

The group enters a strange glass corridor that twists and turns, ahead they can hear chanting. Looking through the glass they can see what it is.

A shaman sits on a mat, a projection of Osinzir in front of him.

Another shaman sits ahead, with a projection of Neros.

    Both have their eyes closed.

'Miss, where is the rest of your group? Shall we continue? Keep close, and give me any treasure you find - I shall ensure your safety.'

He rubs his hands with glee.

If that means the spell effects are no longer visibly in effect, she'll attempt to take the tome, before acknowledging Aelrindel.

The group sneaks onward, moving forwards, but as silently as they can.
