    As I said I dont know what happened but you seem to claiming there were no assaults. why are there no pictures of the security teams who were also allegedly assaulted?

    Meanwhile you have claimed henhad a busted nose (minor nose bleed) and missing teeth.

    Given that the Garda are finding it hard to find any dog corpses, i dont think that would happen.

    Well it's more of an assault than what happened to Kevin Taylor LOL

    Maybe you should set up a gofundmepage for his medical costs

    €1 for a plaster
    €2 for a pack of wipes
    €100 to repair the pothole he created on the road outside the farm caused by his tantrum dive.

    I said it was 2 alleged assaults and I said it was reported he lost teeth. I dont know what happend, is it so bad to seek answers to what happened? you seem to have made your mind up that no assaults took place.

    interrelation to a breakin up the road

    the end result is three in hospital and a protest march . wonder what really happened there

    assault is defined in the 1997 Act as:


    2.—(1) A person shall be guilty of the offence of assault who, without lawful excuse, intentionally or recklessly—

    (a) directly or indirectly applies force to or causes an impact on the body of another, or... etc.

    The Court Messenger and Bailiffs had lawful excuse. No assault took place. Nobody’s head was bust open. The supporter who filmed the ejectment on his phone made the case for the Bailiffs.

    Just because it wasn't filmed does not mean there were no assaults. The alleged assaults on the security teams were not filmed, does that mean they did not take place? You should be consistent with your points.

    As stated before, they all had body cams on. So it was recorded. It just wasn’t put up on Facebook, much the same way if a Tesco is robbed they don’t upload the footage online straight away. It’s not how professional businesses work and could be inadmissible in court if spread online before any court case.
