Something weird going on in the thread.

I nearly got run off the road by a truck this morning on my way to school. I went a different way because I was collecting someone before school. I was driving up towards the M1/M50 interchange. I had just come through Santry and I was heading for the N32, so I stayed in the left lane as I was going straight. A truck came out of the port tunnel and was heading for the m50. I’m not sure if he didn’t see me or he was just being a prick, but he just cut straight across me. I had to swerve and slam on the brakes. Obviously I blew my horn to draw attention to the fact that I was there but there was no recognition from him. (When something similar happened previously I got a flash of the hazards from the driver).

To make matters worse, he started throwing rubbish out the window of the truck, and when I was visible (I was going straight, he was veering left) he was sticking his fingers up at me.

I got his reg and the company he was from, and I am very tempted to phone them.

I'd phone them, and if you have the reg also make a report to the Guards for dangerous driving. Hell if you ring TrafficWatch after 2pm you might even get speaking to me!

Well I'm good at my job and would make sure a Garda is assigned so they have to follow up on it rather than ignore....

On the other hand, you'd have to speak to me so...

Dammit. Just checked the photo and the reg isn’t visible. The company name on the truck is but not the actual reg.

The show is actually one of the few gameshows that I think is actually decent. The Chasers are all basically the Simon Cowell's of the gameshow world. They know everything and are really mean to the contestants. They're brilliant.
