Will hold off until after the internationals, but Murray is one I'm bitterly regretting. I'm preparing to bitterly regret Mitrovic tomorrow afternoon

Same plan , ideally won't even look at it till the Friday before to avoid temptation.

I want Richardson and maybe ditch Salah

    Losing my patience with Vardy
    Rondon, Jimenez,Arnie.........

Likely Ings to Jiminez if he's out. Might break up RAM and take a punt on Yerry Mina if he comes through the int break. Cardiff, Newcastle and Watford at home in the next 4 while Robertson has three away games in 4.

Robertson is the most vulnerable of RAM for me too, if I do end up dropping one

The question then is whether to drop him for another Pool defender or go for someone else... I fancy going for a differential.

    Change him to Bellerin.
    BAM!

I don't really like Liverpool's run (that might be the pessimistic Liverpool fan in me)

I don't see many easy clean sheets in it

Wilson’s fixtures not looking great for a few games so might transfer him out for Jiminez or Rashford

Right. Change of plan. Might need a Trippier replacement

I'm looking at doing Wilson for Jimenez too, and it would allow me upgrade Diangana for Brooks or Paterson.

From now on I’m going with my gut.

Everything I felt would work did but played the sensible cautious approach & backfired.

For now gut is still sick from today

2 FTs and willing to take hits.

Have the exact funds right now to do Salah/Firmino/Foster out for Mane/Aguero/Ederson.

Will hold fire on that for a bit, and probably won't be able to afford it when the time comes.

If Kelly can start a few game in the future, then 3.9m be great - won't just be a make way player

    Firmino/Ward -> success/Martial

Hoping that United don’t stink the place out too badly tomorrow in case Mourinho needs a scapegoat and

Almost made a panic transfer of Trippier to Dunk but going to hope Trippier injury is not too serious.

Will likely wait until nearer the deadline but Vardy and Barkley will be involved in my two free transfers!

There may be more involved in a reshuffle but we shall wait and see!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,352 ✭✭✭✭TitianGerm

Currently sitting on two free transfers and thinking of taking a hit and going

    Holebas - Peltier
    Madison - Martial
    Deeney - Murray/Wilson.

I have RAM and AWB so Peltier will likely not play and it's to free funds for the other transfers.

Deulofeu, Mane, Hazard and Fraser in MF and Aguero and Arnie up top.

    Thoughts?

Not bad moves but risk involved in all

A hammering vs City and Lukaku back and Jose could sacrifice Martial

Probably worth waiting with Holebss, the fact he scored could see a rise in price in the break.

Not a fan of Peltier at all. I can see the logic but a non playing player, isn't good coming into the busy festive period. Nice fixtures for Bennet upcoming , but assume u have Doherty

    Sorry the very scattered opinions.........

Like with Shaw things have changed with Martial
He is as nailed on as he ever was now
He is worth the risk at that price now imo especially with united attacking well again
Lukaku will be back in but won't affect martial imo

Yea I know there is a risk with all of them but United have decent fixtures coming up and Martial is in great form. I will likely be playing 3 at the back so AWB would be on standby for me.

Did a 4 point hit to get Maddison out for Mane, ended up with Arnie and Murray.

Should of kept Lacazette and brought in Success and went 4-4-2 :/

Oh what to do with those 2 eye sores now

Nope. Had him early on and sold him when he got the red card.

I'd go him over Martial but given how my decisions have been going recently..........

Evertons fixtures look a bit tougher than United's though but then he'd save me .6 to have 7.4 for a forward

Only kept vardy in because if the day that was in it yesterday.5 blanks in a row now so he's gone this week

He's also nailed on, and up front, which he will grow into, in an Everton side set up to attack.

Cardiff next but he will, I assume, be away with Brazil.

I think he'll explode second half of the season

Its a difficult decision for you

Get rid of Wan Bissaka or Bennett?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,911 ✭✭✭tailgunner

Get rid of Wan Bissaka or Bennett?

Bennett. Palace's fixtures are turning good soon.

EDIT: Actually Wolves' aren't too bad either. But Wan-Bissaka has attacking threat and is a bonus monster. Bennett doesn't really offer anything in comparison.

Bennett for me. But I have Patricio in nets

Why get rid of either. Two very cheap players that play regularly that usually should be sub places. Use the cash elsewhere.

Want Doherty - have Alonso, Robertson and Mendy.

Unless you're going 4 at the back you're going to give yourself a selection headache every week. I have the same 5 as you and am happy to have AWB and Bennett as permasubs

I have the back 5 you want where I play one bargain option from my team a week. Don't really mind the selection headache at all.

I think Doherty is fantastic value, hope he does well today.

Didn't realise he was 4.9 now. I'll be holding onto him anyway.

If I was to get any Everton defender in it would be Digne, he’s taking a lot of their set pieces too. Mina looks a bit erratic and will be a card magnet I’d say.

Yeah going 4 at the back - medium term Wolves have good clean sheet potential and Doherty is still looking dangerous despite poor returns in last 3 or 4.

I’ll be getting Digne in for Bennett. Everton have 3 out of 4 at home & playing as a wing back.

I'm seriously considering Fabianski to Patricio as one of my transfers.

Could be double Wolves if I have to do Ings to Jimenez.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 16,826 ✭✭✭✭dahat

Salah possibly on the chopping block with Sterling his replacement.

  • Moderators, Computer Games Moderators Posts: 15,237 Mod ✭✭✭✭FutureGuy

I will be seriously looking at removing either Aguero or Salah this week. They’re doing ok by nothing near the number of double-digit score compared to last year (Salah was scoring fairly similarly up to now last season).

What worries me about Salah is that Liverpool are not putting teams to the sword like they were last year. He’s also not getting bonus points even when he does get an attacking return. Sterling is a far more attractive proposition to me.

In fact I may go 2 City attack’s and 1 defender but 2 Liverpool defenders and 1 attacker.

I am almost certainly selling salah ahead of gw 14 for hazard or sterling or as a way to get both in more than likely

They were talking about this on one of the podcasts this week, how Klopp has tried to get Liverpool play a lot more balanced and patient as opposed to last year's gung ho approach.
